We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandThe rooms were a little on the small side but it worked out fine. Some of the rooms facing the Cheers afterski could be sensitive to noise, the rooms facing the mountain were fine and the music was not disruptive.
The level of service and the quality of the breakfast was superb! Super friendly staff and very nice restaurant area. The location right next to the afterski bar Cheers and the main gondola lift was ridiculously good. The main part of the Nendaz village and all restaurants was just a short walk away. There is even a vernicular lift down to the street with Coop and Migros in the village right next to the hotel. I would highly recommend Les Etagnes to anyone who wants the highest convenience in staying in Nendaz.

SwitzerlandOnno and his wife have run this place for 15 years. It's a well-run, independently-owned, family business where their personal standards of quality and service set the benchmark. Drove up from Geneva, parking available (pre-booked), and an excellent location next door to the ski lift. The room was ideal for the break (after all you're visiting for the snow and the outdoors), breakfast sufficient, and the evening menu very impressive.

GermanyRoom on the third floor smelled badly and I couldn’t sleep well therefore. Cleaning staff forgot to place a new bath mat in the bath room on several days a week.
Breakfast was very good in quality and selection. There could have been a bit more diversity over a week though. Hair dryer was missing but a new one was organised immediately upon request.

United KingdomOur main complaint was that the hotel was very very loud- music playing until midnight from the apres bar downstairs making sleeping impossible. Breakfast also patchy - hot options often not available, and difficult to find staff to check in/ask questions.
The room was nice and large, and hotel is very conveniently located on the slopes.
