There are not a lot of parking spots there. The owner needs to inform people that there is limited parking on site, and possibly utilize "reserving" parking to ensure patrons can park their car.

Lovely hotel not far from the centre. Very well run like a hotel used to be run. The guest seems valued. Good quality toiletries and nice room. Dinner was very nice and nice to eat it outside. Breakfast was very nicely presented at the table and good quality. Staff were friendly and the owner was always present. I would recommend.

This hotel is a converted mansion and as such you are in for a regal experience staying here. We had the best meal of our trip in their dining room.

It was a little difficult to find.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was definitely one of the best we had on our trip.  The room was pretty incredible…huge main room with a huge bathroom and a little breakfast nook. and made you feel like you were in a castle. I had looked at other castle-hotels but this was the only one that was "castley" inside as well as outside.

Lovely classic Swiss hotel atmosphere with lots of character - family run in a friendly and professional manner. Easy access to town across the railway bridge.

My room was small but others in my group had very spacious rooms. Being a very old building, there were very few electrical receptacles and we had to unlpug something else in the room to charge our phones. (a minor inconvenience.)

The Park Villa is a charming Inn a short distance from the center of Schaffhausen. The breakfast is wonderful in a very nice dining room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful orchids and other flowers adorned the interior and exterior of the Inn.

Warm and welcoming family-owned villa with fantastic interior, cosy atmosphere and wonderful kitchen. Excellent lamb and local specialties dinner fit for gourmet restaurant. A teenager praising a traditional dish as masterpiece is quite an achievement in its own right :)

Only issue was the room was a little noisy due to its proximity to the railway but I slept fairly well despite of this. The hotel was so lovely this didn’t spoil our stay.

The location was fairly close to the town centre. It was a lovely setting with a view towards town from the breakfast room and a park at the front. The room was decorated to a very high standard and had extras like fruit, hairdryer, good toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful. For a non German speaker it was excellent to have information provided in English. The breakfast was amazing. It was lovely to have so much fresh fruit and everything was presented beautifully.

Beautiful hotel with a most excellent staff. Max and his people are a cut above the rest. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Park Villa hotel. Their attention to detail is really great.

The hotel was much closer to the railway tracks than we thought, with the related noise in some of the rooms.

Very close to the city center and public transport. Friendly staff.
