There was no highchair despite it being listed as a family hotel and being able to provide a cot so this surprised us. No curtains in our room meant we couldn't get it very dark when going to bed. Pillows were too flat.

Breakfast was lovely! Room was an very good size. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was amazing!

I enjoyed the more private/intimate, bnb-like vibe of the hotel. As a generally anxious, unprepared traveler, I am thankful to the hosts who have been especially welcoming, kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and location is great for persons traveling without a car.

Very good experience! Great location. Very clean and with good energy. We have asked for a quiet room (not looking into the street) and such was given. It was very clam and quiet even though the hotel is located just next to the main square. The location is perfect - close to every attraction, up to 10 min to train station, few min from bus stops. Curtains are available and light was not waking us up. Beds and pillows could be better (too soft was us) but the amazing breakfast (pics below) and very friendly and helpful staff was making up for it. So we can't complain about anything. Perfect for few days stay.

Very noisy, lots of noise from other rooms. Outside noise as in heart of town expected but windows block out most noise but then when warm need the window or a fan would be good.

I didn’t get the room I booked (double room with queen bed, single use) bur rather a single bed at same price. I am fairly tall, so usually book a bigger bed. However, I had a comfortable enough night.

This hotel was in an old building renovated in an attractive, somewhat ‘alternative’ style throughout. Very good breakfast which was served individually. The staff/owners were friendly and helpful. Location in the centre of the old town was excellent.

Woke up at 3.30 am because of a noisy crowd in the road out of our window. The creaky old wooden floor also made the room a tad too noisy.

Nice historic building in the center of Thun, close to the Rathaus. Makes one feel at home in town. We were served excellent breakfast.

Old building and no elevator, a bit hard to carry big luggage.

Super nice hosts, very nice breakfast, very clean facilities. Very convenient location in the old part of the city. I came late but the process of check in was very clear and all went smoothly. Also, there was a possibility to leave luggage for late check out.

It was wonderful. I loved to stay at this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extra yummi. The room was clean, big enough and the fascilities wonderful... nice view... very much in the center of Thun... with nice shopping area etc. and public transport very close... many shops reachable in walking distance... and even the conference (Messe / Expo) was very close in walking distance... Free WIFI...only not so strong in the room itself... and i haven`t seen prehand that the toilet & shower was outside the room, which didn`t cause any issue... -> very clean toilets and bathrooms... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUCH A NICE PLACE, THAT WAS IT`S MONEY DEFINETLY WORTHWHILE...

Very good location, walkable to most bars and restaurants in the old town area. The room was super cute and very clean. The breakfast was great, fresh bread with cheeses and muesli with yogurt, along with coffee or tea.

The Internet connection in the room was a bit choppy (but it didn't really matter that much).

The location of the hotel is perfect for any city-exploration. The staff was helpful, attentive and friendly. I can also recommend the breakfast - it was a very nice selection of different products and options.
