The only thing what I noticed was the amenities in my bathroom were used. I guess from a previous guest. Otherwise the room was clean and slept very well.

The location of the hotel is great for hiking. It’s beautiful up in the Swiss alps. It’s also a short train ride to the Vierwaldstättersee lake where you can take the boat to Luzerne for example. The hotel has a great Spa where I had a wonderful massage. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

Maybe a tea kettle in the room and a small refrigerator

The onsite Spa was huge, well designed and comfortable in temperature - a great place to relax after hiking in the mountains. The restaurant prepared great food and the food price was reasonable. The location is convenient for great hiking or watching beautiful sunsets.

The room was quite small. Also, the staff was not very polite: one of the waiters kept laughing at us and making fun of us every time me (a woman) would pay the bill instead of my partner (a man). This is quite inappropriate behaviour for the 21st century.

slow restaurant, only 2 bed pillows, the rooms felt like a college cinderblock dorm, the showerhead was not working right, water went from cold to scalding hot without notice often. reception not available all night

The hotel is on the expensive side, but it gives access to the sauna and spa!

The spa and sauna was the highlight of our stay. Booking one night we had access to the spa for both days which was nice. The hikes areound the hotel are really nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was tasty and with a good variaty.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and made me feel most welcome. The room was clean, the bed comfy, the food great and especially nice to access the spa directly thru the hotel.

only improvement could be the breakfast service, but not every one are morning people. The types of produce is very typical to the mountain area. unfortunately the vegetable was not very fresh but everything else was.

Everything were very good. Just few thoughts to make services even better: would be good to have 2nd coffee machine. At breakfast, service of fresh vegitables in small glasses do not give opportunity to choose one vegetable over another.

Situation, excellent SPA with very good facilities and breathtaking views from the swimming pool. Whenever you visit this region, its outstanding beauty will captivate you, and the fine Swiss service will match the beauty of the scenery.

rooms are ‘basic’ for the price

very conveniently located at the mineral baths, and with easy access to hiking trails, and train to the submit of Rigi … + some of the hotel staff (eg. Stefan from breakfast) were such good hosts :) he really went out of his way to get my mother an outdoor table on the terrace which she wanted. Very hospitable, such nice service!

To avoid coming at the hotel during weekends. Now that the minaralbad is open to everybody (incl. day guests), it gets uncomfortably busy on Fri-Sun. Lots of babies and toddlers as well. I would only consider going to the hotel during the week, never again on weekends.

The fantastic view from the room. The room was rather big for a single room and everybody at the hotel is very friendly. Amazing breakfast, with lots of options.

The room could use a mini bar and a kettle, but we were not disturbed by their absence too much.

The room was very clean. We were traveling with two dogs and to our pleasant surprise the hotel accommodated their needs to perfection - four bowls, two blankets and two dog towels were waiting for us. The staff even reserved a dinner table with an option of bringing our dogs along without us even asking for it, stating that our pets are on vacation as well after all. We felt care for and very well informed about everything. The breakfast had a fantastic selection with plenty of fresh vegetables, smoothies, and cold cuts. The spa facilities were very clean, the view from the outdoor pool was simply breathtaking. Definitely worth a visit, we will be coming back.

In winter, a kettle would be an amazing addition.

The staff are amazing here, and they will go a long way to make sure you are happy. The rooms are quite basic, but incredibly comfortable and very clean.
