It is expensive to eat (as expected) when you travel to Switzerland, so you need to be prepared for that.

The amazing view from the restaurant/breakfast room itself already makes the stay worth it. The surrounding area is also quiet and beatifull to spend some time within nature. Really good breakfast.

When we checked in, first of all we had to wait long and to pay before we saw the room and i booked and payed for a tripple room and they wanted to give us a double room, telling the other is not ready. But i payed 70 chf more for the tripple room and they tried to give us the double room, without offering to pay the fee for a double room. Also nothing we got as a appology, not even a free water during waiting for our room to be ready. Also no one spoke english, just Italian. The place is great the pizzas also but the service was very disappointing to us.

Breakfast met our needs, but we would prefer butter and jam not in disposable containers that cause more rubbish, also soap and shampoo. We realize in winter it is difficult for our hosts to provide this.We were the only people staying overnight there.

The menu was outstanding, as was the food. We ate here every night with excellent service, although there were other guests.

I had a room facing the road and it was noisy with passing traffic. Some cars seem to drive really fast and so noisy, in spite of narrow roads. The room had a small wicker table and a chair besides the bed. It would be good if they could do away with these and instead install a table top for more surfaces. The wicker isn’t exactly the most flat and stable surface. The bathroom had hand towel rails that dangle either too close to the wc on one or the trash bin on the other. Not the best situation. The staff was helpful but mostly spoke Italian. Comfortable enough but not the best value for money.

It is a nice location overlooking the lake. Free parking was good. Room was clean but basic. Pizza at the restaurant was great. The staff was helpful but very busy. Did not have breakfast.

really I do not understand these perfect comments. place is good, but we ordered room with lake view and balcony, unfortunately i didn't check, but was confirmed another room with view to mountains and noisy street. outside was over 30, no air conditioner in room, no refrigerator, not even water for drinking. we traveled for 15 days and this was the most expensive hotel, with the less service.

One staff taking care of both restaurant and hotel, so you might have to wait a bit, if arriving during lunch / dinner time. Staff is very friendly though.

Super easy to find. Just 1 minute walk from bus stop. Extremely clean apartment. Excellent food with very good price. Staff very helpful and good breakfast. The view from the terrace was beautiful.

Door lock was very difficult to operate, although eventually possible. Should be fixed. Rooms very basic but fine if just for staying the night in.

Breakfast included at reasonable overall price. Great location for visiting the recently emptied lago di Vogorno in Ticino. Speedy check in and check out, uncomplicated staff. Parking available at the Hotel.
