We made a reservation for 2 rooms of the same category a corner suite type. My room is 237 which is the same as advertised, but another room 235 is much smaller, the view is not that good, no sofa. The room 235 does not meet our expection, but it is charged at the same price. I can say it's unfair to us. The lunch and dinner at the hotel restuarant are superb. We love it.

Parking is extremely tiny, not comfortable at all. In spa so many things under construction, with technical issues or just closed that we had really limited experience

There is a club in the house which played loud party music until very late (and does so many days a week) which was very annoying when trying to sleep. The huge mirrors right next to the bed were a bit strange and the narrow "hallway" towards the window with the chair could have been made a bit cosier.

The room with lakeview was simple but nice, the view of course was the highlight. The pool and wellness area were a huge plus, very nice and big. Breakfast was a lot of choices (but vegan options could be improved).

we can’t take the luggage directly into hotel as there was steps and also there was steps from reception counter to till lift ! very difficult to take the luggage till the room

The bathroom door had a strange design - no lock and a gap between the door and the wall, where you could see through :/ No tea/coffee in the room, no body lotion. The above could be improved for a 4 star hotel.

Our family stayed here for one night in March. The hotel is first line at the lake, has amazing views. We loved the pool, breakfast and fondue Chinoise for dinner. The room was clean, beds were comfy.

The parking is not the best and a bit chaotic. we found a spot, but its very tight to maneuver. It was very expensive for one night, not sure the value for money is that good.

The room was nice with a really good view. The pillows were good and the bed just the right firmness for us. The breakfast was very good, with a great selection to eat and really good scrambled eggs! The swimming facilities were great (shame we didn't get to use to gym, because they looked fantastic as well!)

Not to the standard we expected. But it was nice. We have stayed in other Swiss hotels which much nicer facilities (spa was not very nice except from views) not a great value for money but still a good experience overall

Room and views stunning. Bathroom a little tight but nice! The initial girl aT front desk was great and the one waitress was so great and curious some of the others were less pleasant. Location was great just outside the city of lucerne

Very nice hotel with spa facilities and a beautiful lake view. I very much liked a balcony in a room and a gym with a gorgeous view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good and abundant breakfast.

Although it has a nice vue on the lake, the hotel is next to a busy road and it was a bit difficult to found a place to walk my dog safely without her lead.

I really liked the room and the vue on the lake. It was really comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were also really nice. The staff of the hotel were also very nice and accommodating.

you can hear your neighbour's conversation...the mini bar is empty and there's no water boiler for tea or coffee machine in the rooms.

It's such a shame that the hotel doesn't do spa treatments as this is such an ideal location with perfect spa facilities.

The reception staff were very welcoming and were very happy to help in additional requests. The leisure and spa facilities were amazing and the location was ideal for a perfect solo quiet getaway.

The hotel is a little tired looking. Could do with a refresh and modernizing. The single room and bathroom was a little small and the view hampered a bit by the outside terrace and railings Probably nicer in the summer to sit outside. Sound proofing not so good, could easily hear the voices in the next room. The bar area was a bit bare and basic. Downstairs was a nicer seating area, but cold because of smokers constantly opening the door to the terrace and lake.

Lovely view of the lake. Staff were courteous and attentive although I think they are over worked as it was very busy. The rooms were very clean, the restaurant food was of pretty good standard and a very good variety of cooked breakfast buffet and cold selections. Salad buffets were ok. Open wine choices were limited but ok. Wellness area very clean and modern. Lovely pool with hot tub and views onto the lake all included in the price. Plenty of hot water and nice rain shower in the room.

The sheets were dirty… we only spent one night there but if it had been more, I think we’ll had look another place.

The spa is very good and it’s a plus. The receptionist that attended us was so nice and polite.

The mattress was too soft for me, and the blanket was soft and cozy but too hot.

Good hotel with wonderful saunas, pool and jacuzzi. You can have hot tea, bullion or just water near pool. Free parking space, Good restaurant with good cuisine. I was enjoying my cozyl room with panoramic balcony.

The temperature inside the room was extremely hot when I arrived. I needed to open the windows. The breakfast location during peak hours could be very crowded.

It was a very late booking but everything went very well. The place is nice and clean and the location on the lake is amazing. Having breakfast with that beautiful lake view is priceless. A lot of parking space around the hotel makes it even better.
