Bathroom had an ongoing sewerage smell, unsure what caused it. Very hard to use bathroom even upon return to room and airing out the room.

Location was lovely and beautiful view. Staff were very nice and helpful, especially Marcel. Would recommend this place to all.

The hotel was excellent. We had a room with a balcony and lake view which was beautiful. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us a history of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. We booked a table for evening meal and the catered for lactose and gluten free options. The food was delicious and they had a very extensive wine list. The complimentary whirlpool, sway bed and relaxation area and refreshments were excellent. Thank you for a great stay.

minibar selection limited, room and bathroom size limited. The bar allows smoking and the smell flows into the hallway. The Kitchen of the restaurant closes at 10pm, also on saturday night, it would be great to arrive to 11pm.

Wellness area was great, the staff has been very helpful and kind. The breakfast is excellent in terms of quality and selection.

"Breakfast lady" visibly showed her dissatisfaction when we sat at the lake side table which wasn´t clean yet. After 20 minutes she was equally unsatisfied with another couple who sat at the lake side table before it was clean. I understand that in "perfect world" she would wish to first clean the table before every new guest occupies the table but in reality people have paid for a lake side hotel and if you see someone move away from the table you want to ensure your spot as next to who is sitting there. Two similar situations just in 30 minutes, later we talked with that other couple and they also felt treated unfairly.

Very good location, mini bar included, nice coffee corner, delicious menu in restaurant, easy parking.

We come to this hotel whenever we are in the Lucerne area. It is AMAZING! Love everything from the staff, to the incredible views from the balcony, the room service, the huge range of delicious foods for breakfast and the playroom for kids. I did not like having to leave after only one night.

We arrived at about 7pm, and we really wanted to have some food by the water. The front desk was accommodating and said no problem, even though it looked like the staff outside was trying to pack things up. We went to the terrace to ask about seating, one staff member looked very disappointed and said I have to speak with their boss because normally the answer would be no. Went to go look for their main person, and the front desk personnel was speaking with them, and they seated us. Thank you front desk gentlemen and lady. The waitress I believe here name is Kristyan ( on the receipt 106/1 Sep 23 19:40). I would normally never even spend the time to write this, because I'm very easy going, but from the beginning she made us feel like a burden, and completely unwelcoming. Dropped some old looking bread buns on the table and left. Eventually ordered food, and she continued to make us feel unwelcome with her expressions and attitude. We wanted more wine, but took forever to even come back. Never gave us silverware, so another waitress provided it. All of a sudden, a couple older people arrived (I'm guessing she assumed they had bigger pockets) and provided them silverware, bread, some wine, checked up on them.... Anyways her attitude changed half way through when she realized that new people were arriving, the slight wind was not bothering anyone, and 6 or so tables continued to stay at their tables. She was completely a different person after that, and I appreciate the change. We still tipped her nicely because that's who we are but obviously she left a sour tasted memory of just a few hours that we had at your place. The good news is that the ending with her was good, and she made us feel like actual customers by interacting with us normally once she realized the terrace is not going to be closing. Property is beautiful.

The property location, and front desk staff were all great. Unfortunately our day was moved by a lot, and we didn't get a chance to truly enjoy this place and their spas.

The gym is it bit small with too little equipment but the spa therefore has wonderful views from the Sauna. Well worth a visit!

Wonderful and clean rooms in a perfect location with private lake entrance. The staff was superb and even though my dog escaped our room the were so friendly and helpful at all times.
