The internet was not excellent. It worked but the connection was slow, so ideal to check emails or TripAdvisor but not great to stream! and the TV only offered programs in German. But, the main purpose was to visit the city so it was not such a huge inconvenience

Excellent location, very easy to find and to enter with the code provided via email the day of the arrival. Flat as in the description and photos, two rooms, three TVS (!!), two sofas, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, plenty of towels, bathtowels, bathmat, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap for the shower, soap in the separated toilet + soap in the bathroom at the sink + sponge/dish product. Overall, very positive experience and will rebook when I go back to Zurich

1. no lift and very narrow staircase. you have to carry your suitcases yourself to your assigned floors 2. no one comes to clean the apartment. we stayed for 6 nights and no one came to clean, replace towels or clear the garbage. apparently the polciy is they will clean it only if you stay longer than 7 nights 3. we booked 2 room apartment and soaps provided very also limited considering there were 4 people in the apartment for 6 days. we had to buy our own soap

I didn’t like the fact that there is no air conditioner. The temperature in the two rroms was too high and we couldn’t sleep well. Recommendation: install air conditioning in the two rooms. At least for the summer.

- no lift! we are at the second floor and having 3 luggages to carry. - the bed was not comfortable. the mattress is already not in shape.

- Early check in was given as we arrived earlier than expected. at first, they didn’t allow but when I called the customer service, the guy was very accommodating. - The place is just 2mins walk from the convenience store. - 2mins walk from the train station. - 15-20 mins walk to the shopping center.

I would suggest to point out the building does not have an elevator. We got the 3rd floor apartment and this could be a problem for a person that has walking struggles.

Very nice and clean apartment. Centrally located and close to all services, bars and restaurants. Tram line 3/2 super close by so it's easy to go to the hearth of Zurich in 10 minutes max.

We were on the top floor, 4th floor and no lifts, but luckily there weren't many stairs.

Small but very clean and everything there that you need, from iron board to coffee machine, utensils andgood quality towels too.

The isolation was not great, we could hear the upstairs moving the chairs constantly. Also, the main heating in the room was not on, so we had to use a small heater that smelled funny and was a bit noisy when on.

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was equipped and the heating in the bathroom was great. The bed, although a bit small for two people, was good and the access to the hotel was easy. Great location, close to two different tram lines.

I booked the property nearly 2 months ago. Day before my arival they said that due to their system issue that apartment was not available and offered me a another one 3km away. I had no choise but to take it as it happened only few hours before the arrival. When I reached the apartment door access code was not working, I had to call them with roaming (costing 40 euros) to get access code and these people are refusing to reimburse roaming charges. Apartment was in an industrial area and too noisy as it is adjesent to a main road and a bridge. Propery is not properly insulated. To make things worst noise from the upstair apartment all 3 nights meant me or my kids couldn't sleep during our stay. People in upstair apartment was having parties all three nights. Entrance to apartment also garbage dump area from the shops in the ground floor. It looks very dirty when first enter the apartment block. Have to mention inside apartment is clean enough. I did not enjoy my holiday due to all these reasons and stress vision apartmenet caused us. I used booking.com for all my travel and unfortunately this time I experienced a very unpleasent situation with vision apartments. Arrogance of the vision apartments customer service make things worst. They are very unorganised. I really recommend not to use these apartments and wish this experiennce never happen to other people.

Do not every book these apartments, very unorganised arrongant customer service. If you book it you will be in trouble from the start of your holiday
