There is only a night curtains which is very good at night and it might protect a bit from the heat, but day curtains would be nice as well for more natural light in a room and more eco friendly environment. The apartment floor was not very clean and in parts sticky...

Sink in bathroom had toothpaste rests, window shutter was broken, wardrobe was very old, if the windows are open, the nearby train station is somewhat noisy.

The lack of air conditioning.

I booked this apartment for a week and it was in a very affordable price. the kitchen is quite good for some basic cooking and the room’s window was looking at the lake and the mountains.

Extremely narrow bed even tho there’s a lot of space in the appartement. Bathroom isn’t recent and there’s some mold in the shower and on the celling. Very humid overall and we can’t control ventilation

There was no parking, and nothing in the communications to say so. Apparently you can book parking. It was available for me, but as I checked in on a Friday evening there was no one available to provide the remote needed to access. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no cooking utensils like a wooden spoon and no toaster or grill. Although listed on the inventory there was no hairdryer and one was not provided despite being promised after a phone call. The shower screen was totally inadequate and the angle of the shower head meant the floor got soaked every time the shower was used.

Location and space were good. Check in and comms were also good.

the bed on 105 is broken. The boards supporting the mattress easily dislocate. at least two of the lights were also not working.

- Too warm inside the apartment. We had to open the window all night long, because the central heating cannot be controlled from the room. In March this is a pity and a big waste of energy. - The kitchen is not equipped with basic items such as salt and oil, which would make the apartment perfect for a stay of a couple of days.

- Clean and in good state. - Checking in and out is easy. - Very nice view on the lake and mountains.

I did not find a way to regulate temperature in my apartment. Also the garage is a pure hell. Places are small, even a smallish car like Volvo S40 fits in so tightly that you might need to get out through trunk and there are so many columns to make any sort of maneuvering hard. I have driven from Prague to Tbilisi, Yerevan and then back, but I do not remember coming even remotely close to this in terms of parking pain anywhere.

Insulation is quite poor and I could hear my neighbors. The equipment (fridge for example) is often making some loud noise It was missing light at night in the room, in the main room, there were only side lights and not very bright ones

Despite non-smoking some guests smoked in the room. I do not like the cover perfume on top of cold smoke.

Fairly close to The City Center, ground level was perfect for me. Well equipped and even parking in front of the house was possible.
