I didn't like that I made a mistake and didn't book long enough. Javier was apologetic but already had someone for the extra day I would have liked to stay.

Javier was very kind. He met us at the door and talked us through how to use the jacuzzi. He also provided some supplies which we were not expecting but was extremely helpful so we didn't need to go to a store or restaurant right away and could enjoy the ambience of the cabin. It had all the amenities that we needed and was very picturesque. We couldn't believe how beautiful it was with the view. Javier was always available and provided us information as well as numbers for taxis to get around. Also, there was a wonderful dog that we got to play as well as lots of different types of birds that would land in the yard as we looked out our window. It was extremely relaxing. Nothing. As it’s similar to a self catering apartment suggest you bring your own breakfast items if you want something particular or healthy eg fruit. But bread, cheese, ham etc available included.

Views are incredible with floor to ceiling windows, cosy cabin, very friendly and super helpful owner who found a solution to everything we needed including a specific food delivery craving! Was clean, lovely hot tub.

Everything was excellent: - the host was very nice, friendly and helpful. - the property was tidy, nice and comfortable. Plus from this property you can enjoy the view of local mesmerizing blue lake and fantastic sunsets. The only one thing that I can add to my review is dog Teo. He is such a good boy, who is very friendly and who wants to know you (especially if you have some food)

Loved this place so much and am grateful I booked it coming and going from Torres del Paine!! Javier was so wonderful and even drove me to the airport when I left (his wife and I were on the same flight)! He also had great recommendations for me of places to eat and shop in town! These cabins are so clean and peaceful and relaxing and I couldn't recommend them or Javier and his wife as hosts enough!! Thank you for helping make my time in Chile so fantastic!!

Javier was the perfect host and they thought of everything with this lovely cabin!! When my bus was late and my taxi was cancelled, he picked me up himself and drove me to the cabin! It was such a relaxing and peaceful place to rest and recoup after a long travel! The soaking tub is amazing!! The view is fantastic! And there was also a great selection of some food items that I enjoyed! Best place to stay in Puerto Natales if you're headed for Torres del Paine!! Thanks so much!!

The property is a 2-mile walk along the water to town, but taxis and Ubers are cheap and easy to get.

The cabanas are situated on a hill overlooking the fjord. There is also a view of the Patagonian mountains from the hit tub in the cabin. The best thing though is the owner Javier, who takes care of everything, including tour arrangements.

Our Host Javier was very welcoming. In a perfect and secure location. The cabin was big enough, comfortable bed. The jacuzzi was a perfect treat after a day of hiking to relax down with perfect views. Super clean. I would recommend this place and would come back again.

Amazing setting. The perfect place for us to base ourselves for tours in the area. Torres del Paine. Horseback riding near Laguna Sofia. Superb meals in Puerto Natales and best of all our fabulous and helpful host Javier. Perfect !!

- Location is a bit isolated so had to call Ubers to pick me up and drive me to dinner (sometimes only 1-3 Uber in the area so definitely check in advance). Inexpensive rides ~$5USD or less. - Could offer more variety in tea than just black Ceylon tea (i.e. green and red) - More of a nice-to-have but would be great to have fruit or slightly healthier breakfast options if you're not interestd in eating all processed foods - airport taxi pick up experience was a teeny bit confusing but well intentioned and arranged by the host - the taxi driver didn't speak English and had a sign with only my first name and the wrong number of people so I really wasn't sure if he was waiting for me or someone else. Would be better if the sign specified the hotel and/or my full name.

- Great little sanctuary and retreat after a very long flight - comfortable bedding, robe, etc. The perfect place to relax and unwind with a good book and get over the jetlag - Host was very responsive over Whatsapp about any issues and helped arrange a taxi to pick me up at the airport - Very kind and attentive host - helped me bring my bag to and from the Cabana (actually more helpful in that aspect than one of the tour operators!) - Hot tub was easy to power on and off with thorough demonstration at check in - Very enjoyable to soak in the hot tub, sit back and enjoy the beautiful views of the mountains!! - Generous continental breakfast offering (yogurt, bread, ham/cheese) and complimentary tea/coffee/juice. - WiFi was reliable - successfully made a video call on my laptop

I really enjoyed the cabins. Everything was clean. We especially really appreciated the service that Javier and his wife did for us. They went out of their way to make sure that my family was comfortable and things were set to our liking. The cabin itself is very spacious and nice for a family. With the combination of excellent service and a beautiful cabin, I highly recommend this place.

Javier is a a great host - he helped us with pretty much everything - with taxis, tours, food, etc. The cabanas are exceptional - very comfortable, warm and it had everything we needed. The bathtub - WOW! Everything one needs after a day of kilometres of hiking. The location, even though is outside of the city - it was very easy and quick to get back to the city and with that you have the peace and beautiful landscapes.

The lodge is very nice with views of the water and mountains. The jacuzzi is the centerpiece of the lodge and is a great amenity to enjoy after excursions ; I loved it. Javier is very responsive to texts ; every text is answered almost immediately. And you can tell that he wants you to be happy with your stay. I suggest to let him help you organize your sightseeing activities. My activities were all planned out even before I landed in puerto natales thanks to efficient communication with him. This was useful for me since I had a short stay in puerto natales. Very professional gentleman. Note: the center of the town is 1hr walk (so not walking distance) (it didn’t bother me since I didn’t need to go there)
