Best breakfast we had on our entire stay: fruit, yogurt, sandwich meat and cheese with a sandwich press. Towel warmers and hair dryers in the bathrooms, which were immaculately clean. The woman running the hostel was incredibly nice, as well.

Very clean organized. Hostess was polite and attentive. We were also able to safely store our luggages at the Hostal during our 5 day trip to Torres del Paine. Great value!

You can hear everything between the rooms. Usually everyone is quiet but there was one night where another guest was up late in their room talking and it prevented us from falling asleep

Great value in puerto natales. 25 min walk from bus station is doable. 5 min walk to towns restaurants and shops. Breakfast was served early so you could always get it even if you left early to go to the park. No kitchen to cook but they have a fridge you can use. Room was warm and comfortable.

Friendly hosts with flexibility regarding check-in hours if communicated in advance. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of salty and sweet choices to get your hiking energy on a good level! Good location only a quarter of an hour walking from the city center and 25min from the bus terminal. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring the Torres del Paine NP! Hosts were even so friendly to keep part of our luggage until after our O-hike!

At some points the room felt too hot and we would have liked a mesh on the window so we could open without bugs coming in. There is a shared bathroom between the rooms downstairs and at one point there was no toilet paper. I asked and it was immediately replaced. The bed wasn't the most comfy but fine for a night

a bit far from the bus station, so you need to walk around half an hour (totally fine with me) wall is a little bit thin so you can hear clearly next door conversation

breakfast is great! also since people visit the town for Patagonia, breakfast can start as early as you want, like 5.30 or 6 am because people need to leave before 7. The place is being cleaned every day. staff are kind

We loved our little place with Maria! She was a super host and even though we could speak little Spanish and her little English she made sure to go above and beyond translating using her phone and still conversing with us. Room was quaint and quiet. 10 min walk to center.

No real living room to stay and meet people. No dormitory to have a cheaper stay. Not a good view. Few natural light.

Just next to the sea. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Clean. Very nice workers (they let me store my backpack during a hike a get it back in the night, without paying)

It is about a 25 minute walk from the bus station.

The staff was incredible! I had an issue with my flight on the way here and they allowed me to cancel day of for free. The facilities were great. Hot water with great water pressure. There was even a towel warmer in the bathroom.

Nonexistent sound proofing - luckily we had to get up early anyway seemed like most of the hostel was up around 5.30am and could easily hear it - wouldn't recommend if you're looking for somewhere to relax. Blinds aren't great and let in loads of light. Also slight smell of cigarette smoke to towels and bedding not sure if it's where they hang or something.

Friendly staff (though just bear in mind don't speak English but we got by with our minimal Spanish). Small comfortable room with 3 separate shower rooms to share. Good breakfast available early.

Breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of food items including hard boiled eggs. None of the other hostels I stayed at during my 3 weeks included eggs.
