Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

All bread and pastries contain milk or eggs so no much options for vegans apart from rice cakes. Could provide more vegetables and hummus.
Great location, comfortable beds, brilliant shower, lots of nice fruits for breakfast.

my room´s a bit too spacious with classic furnitures.
reception was very kind and helpful, especially Cristobal who solved each and every of questions that I had. good bar and saloon for a quick business chat - reunion.

Good location, about a 15 min walk to Bellavista and close to Barrio Italia, with metro stops close by. Rooms were sparsely decorated but spacious with good air conditioning and good views

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices available. Very close to local metro station (useful for getting around the city!) and some restaurant options are located nearby.

When I booked online it said breakfast was included, but when I checked in I was told that wasn't the case. This was my only complaint.
I had a nice stay at this hotel. Room was nice/clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Mostly very happy with our stay. I'd maybe say housekeeping got in the room a little too quickly after knocking when we were still inside the room but that is often the case in many hotels.
Spacious rooms, good location, nice design (seemed to be refurbished fairly recently). Found that this hotel offered good value in comparison with similar properties in Santiago. Staff was pleasant to deal with too.

The gym is so poor in terms of equipment, light and space. It doesn't match with the whole hotel. Bathroom cleanliness was not so good.
Very comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was great with a good variety of fruits. The restaurant is amazing, great atmosphere and tasty food. Staff very kind. A stunning view of Andes trough our window.

It was a bit noisy during the day as they were doing some works, it was fine at night. There was no tea/coffee in the room when I arrived but I only had to ask and they provided it.

I had been in that same hotel in early 2006. Back then, that was an amazing hotel, provided with anything you may expect to find in a upper mid-range accommodation venue. Yet those days are long gone and the hotel appears somehow spoilt in various aspects. Arguably the most striking aspect in this regard is that it had not cable TV and no digital channels - somehow astonishingly.
Nice location, nice, large and comfortable rooms, amazing staff. Definitely, a place to be seriously considered for your stay in Providencia.

Very good location - nice facility - restaurant for breakfast, snacks and dinner - nice wines and drinks - staff extremely friendly, competent and helpful! Equipment/furniture a bit aged, but clean and useful.

I requested the Front desk to book a Taxi for the day April 19th to go to Valparaiso for $200.000. When I checked my credit card statement , it was charged $252.05. I am shocked to note that how come $52.05 has been charged more than the stated amount. I have to ask my credit card Company to do something for this purpose. The Taxi was Redelco Taxi Official A. In case Booking.com can send this message to the Hotel , I will appreciate. Neelam Goel

Hotel was within walking distance to some of the major attractions in the city. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance as well. The bedroom was big and there was also an adjoining living room with a mini bar. The bathroom was also spacious. Breakfast was good enough to start the day. Staff were very helpful and spoke very good English.

There is no option to open the windows in our room. There is air conditioning but sometimes you want fresh air No tea/coffee facility in the room There was just a transparent curtain covering the window. People outside can clearly see in the suite. these are all small things though!
