The room are very big for 3 people and have all things we need. Big refridgerator, good working washing machine. The bed is big enough. The toilet is very good (electric toilet). The location is perfect, near shopping street and many delicious restaurant.

The rooms are very big. We got an upgrade for one room. It is short walk from MRT People Square station and very close to attractions. The rooms have kitchen, washing machine and sitting room. The staff can speak English quite well.

Cannot accommodate family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 children in 1 room. There is a queen bed and a double sofa bed. Should be able to accommodate family of 4. It would be nicer if such option was available. Ok for me, but my friends had to look elsewhere. maintenance work before 8am on Sun morning. It would have been nice if guests were informed scheduled work would occur, or start a bit later, say after 8am?

The hotel was perfect, the location was just off Nanjing Road and within a few minutes of walking to the nearest metro station. The staff and cleaners were also very professional and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here, and will probably stay here the next time I visit.

Nothing pretty relevant. There is no lobby (reception is an office at 9th floor). For going to breakfast room I had to get 2 elevators. In the bathroom, there was bathtub (not shower).

Near People’s Square; Nanjing Road can be reached by walk. Apartment was large, clean and very well equipped. Considering all these things, in my opinion price was really good. Breakfast was good as well. I will return here next time for sure.

Absolutely loved this huge, well-vented and well-designed apartment, we had everything that we needed here and a great view to boot. The best parts were the weighted blanket and the black-out curtains - we slept very well. The staff was super nice and effective - the cleaning lady was *very* thorough. One of my favorite places to stay!

Standard suite, that was mentioned in Booking.com is far from been 42m²! It's a pretty small room with kitchen. However, upgraded one bedroom appartment is pretty nice with everything inside. Renovation is going on the low floors.

Cold plates in breakfast room, which was remedied by the attentive staff warming my plate each morning. However, this did not help the cold food situatuion - there is nothing so unappetising as cold bacon, eggs, sausages, etc.

Location is excellent, which is why I like to return there whenever I visit Shanghai. Not so excellent was the breakfast, and I've made allowances for the fact that the breakfast room is in a temporary area and unfortunately this meant that the choice was limited. I understand this, but what I don't understand is why the supposedly hot food is cold - literally - it's just not warm enough to be appetising or enjoyable, and by the time you've added food to a cold plate, and returned to your table, the food is almost inedible. Full credit though to the restaurant manager, who remembered me from 6 years ago and the fact that I like my plates warmed before putting hot food on them! Well done, and duly noted. The entire resaurant staff were always willing to help and were very good - another well done to them all!

Throughout our 1 week stay, we constantly hear drilling/ banging noises during the day (we have a young child so need to go back for his day naps). Not sure if they are doing some upgrading/ renovation on site or not. Cigarette smell along the corridor and subsequently in the room can be smelled almost every day. They said it was from the gym but there was no one in the gym. Suspect that someone was smoking in the escape exits. :( Lights along the corridor is very dim. There are spotlights lined up along the corridor for the portraits but from what we observed, none of those lights seemed to be working and no one fixed them even after we called to feedback.

Location was good, once you are at the lobby, turn left cross the road and cut across the Marriott hotel lobby to get to the other side of the road and from there, you'll reach New World Shopping Mall which is very close to the Nanjing walking street. The People's Square MRT station is also right behind the New World Shopping Mall (Go to the basement & follow the signs). Food, Convenience Stores all nearby... Room size is decent with a small kitchenette, basic utensils. Living room has a sofa which can be turned into a sofa bed

The only thing that irritates me a little is that you can’t open the windows but i guess that’s normal for hotels.

Staff are so friendly and happy to help. After the first day that they found out our young children still naps they have been cleaning the rooms before our midday return. We got extra water and they even cleaned our dishes for us. Technician arrived promptly too when we accidentally locked the washing machine door. (Washing machine and dryer is easy to use too) Rooms are clean and spacious. Location is central, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. You can adjust the ac of each room separately. Heating was very effective. check out was easy and fast too.

The breakfast could be better, choice isn't much, but there are plenty of it just around the corner, so it's really isn't a big deal. We like to have a porridge from the McDonalds or have some sandwiches from Starbucks.

Location is the key. Hotel is sitting on a green line #2, which connects Hongqiao and Pudong airports. Also it's our line to go to see our daughter who is studying in Pudong, and our son is in Puxi. Also, kids can stay with us on weekends. Just need one more room sometimes.
