AustraliaIt felt a bit dated and could do with a face lift however that is not to say that it was not clean. The only thing was that there was a wall feature above the bed that is very hard to clean and you could see the dust on it.
The room was very big and in a location convenient for me with lots of surrounding shops. I picked this hotel also because there was a free kids club but i never ended up using the facilities.

SingaporeVery old and outdated - need total renovation is definitely a must .. Carpets are all stained n smelly , lifts n common areas are dimmed . Breakfast isn't great . Wouldn't stay or recommend friends to stay there . The price doesn't justify for 5 star hotel at all , based on the condition of the property . There are better hotels within the vicinity. Didi n taxi tend to miss the turn to the hotel main entrance . It was really frustrating having to rebook again .
Location is pretty decent , opposite the hotel is a small - mid Size mall .
