We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Czech Republic- Rather decrepit, old hotel and facilities in a rundown area of town - Window leading to god-knows-where, rug covering most of the room that I was afraid to touch barefoot, clogged shower that would pile up water and leak it into the rest of the bathroom if you showered for 5 or more minutes - value for money, especially during Canton fair. Book ahead of time (like at least two or more months) and you'll have a good chance of ending up in something more modern for less. - charged more than what was on my booking confirmation - front desk speed and level of English is very low for a hotel than is mainly occupied by foreign clientele
- I liked having a roof above my head - hotel manager/s (not sure how many managers there are as two have introduced themselves as such on different occasions) were okay. Actually pleasant if spoken to in Chinese. - they brought me some of my favourite Chinese fruit at one point
