You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sri LankaSince my colleague and I did not speak mandarin there could have been moments the communication did not happen properly with the reception. (But by adding the reception on WeChat we were able to communicate better) The banks around the location had several limitations in exchanging foreign currency. It took a long time and the process was extensive. (No exchange ATMs around from the areas I explored) I assume It's about 15-20 mins to the city center
The staff were friendly and supportive.(They helped us transfer money on WeChat to our local Chinese suppliers and even helped to arrange courier services) The room was cleaned well, daily by housekeeping. The facilities requested were supported Walking distance from the Canton Fair Complex/ 12 RMB by taxi ( Ideal as we were attending a trade exhibition)
