Big room, nice location, English speaking staff

Cleaning could be improved. I am not sure if the floors were vacuumed. For breakfast you get the same every day; it is ok for 3 days, but not for 7 ;)

Staff is friendly and helpful. Very good location, 7-10 minutes from subway Station. There is washing machine and dryer on site, you can use it free of charge. Family room was big and comfortable. Free bottled water left in room every day. There is coffee machine and tea for guests at the reception.

Somebody smoked in the room and we felt the smell in our room. Sometimes it was a bit noisy in the hallway in the evening.

The location was problematic for ordering taxis. No taxi could find it and the hotel doesn’t appear on Apple Maps.

The shower was nice and big. The bed was comfortable.

The entrance of the hotel is in a narrow street and a bit difficult to spot on the first time.

I liked the helpful staff giving good recommendations and helping out whenever possible. The location is close to the forbidden city and Didi works well

English-speaking receptionist was quite helpful and the temperature in the room during cold days was exactly what is needed.

The distance of the hotel from the nearest train station was quite far, about a 10-15 minute walk, which felt longer in the cold. and it is located in an alley, so sometimes it could be difficult to order a cab to the exact location. Would be more helpful to cab to the nearest restaurant at the end of the alley instead.

The staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms were very nicely decorated too.

The Hotel is located in the center of Beijing, in the Hutong classical streets. The staff is friendly and speaks English. I recommend it to foreigners staying in Beijing.

The room was not the cleanest. The bathroom especially had a really bad smell and needed a deep clean. But other than that everything else was fine. We were not there much.

The location in the Hutongs is excellent and cyclable distance to Tienamen square and other tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful even though they didn't speak much English. The bed linen was clean. The room was quiet and a decent size.

There are only a few minor downsides that I could find. The room was quite small making it a bit challenging trying to unpack all the suitcases and storing them. Although the room has high speed wi-fi available and a tv with an assortment of movies, the streaming speed was surprisingly low so it was difficult to watch.

The hotel is located in one of the traditional hutongs, providing picturesque and atmospheric surroundings. It was easy to get around the old city, to find good restaurants and to enjoy our stay. There are several subway stations close to the hotel, shopping street and malls, and an awesome pecking duck restaurant right around the block. The room (and the hotel itself) has nice design and looks quite modern, the beds are very comfortable. However, from my point of view, the greatest asset here is the staff, who was extremely nice and helpful and brought the stay to the next level)

Beds were a little hard and there is semi-transparent glass in the bathroom area.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Outlets near both sides of the bed. Neighborhood is cute and nearby to everything. Staff was fantastic- polite, friendly, and helpful. English speaking or willing to communicate via wechat. They also gave us Christmas gifts since we stayed during December 23-26.
