We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWhen walking into the hotel the air freshener was very strong to the point I couldn’t breathe. The variety at breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Would’ve been nice to see a little more of the western foods. But still a decent amount nonetheless.
Very polite staff, the cleaning staff were exceptional. Great location, many restaurants nearby. Halal options too. There’s a spa on site, unfortunately we couldn’t try it out this time. Managed to book an extra night without any hassle.

FranceHotel wifi didn't work properly. Rooms isolation is quite bad, you can hear people from the corridor banging doors. Even the corridor hotel music can be heard inside the room. Some of the electric curtains in my room didn't work. Found hair and sunflower seeds from previous tenant on the floor. Lastly, hotel did not give me an invoice and I am trying to get one from them now that I am back and they are making it very difficult.
The location of this hotel along the river was nice as it gives a nice view, if you book river view. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast and restaurant was good.
