The hotel entrance, that ramp is too steep for pushing the trolley luggage, have to lug the heavy luggage via the steps for check-in and check out.

Location is good, near to metro line 10, can connect to anywhere in the city. Nice hotel with good spread of breakfast. The complimentary laundry washing machine is just good and handy. Enjoy our stay.

We had a little trouble understanding the airconditioning, but reception was quick to help.

The location is unbeatable, five minutes to metro stop (Yuyuan) and ten minutes to Yuyuan/Yu gardens. Most of Shanghai's top spots are easily reached from the hotel, either by metro, or a somewhat longer walk. Staff is helpful, their level of English is great, and the restaurant (where breakfast is also served) is a great way to relax after a full day out. All in all, we were very happy to stay here and will be back if we'll come to Shanghai again.

Our bedroom (on floor 5) was next to the air con external units and was constantly very noisy. Also, no international channels on the TV in room. The communal spaces were very limited.

Good modern hotel near the Yu Gardens and the Bund. Comfortable beds and pillows. Amazing shower pressure and nice toiletries. Helpful reception staff.

The room was very nice and comfortable , the staff very polite and pleasant. The only thing that was not consistent for me was the gym because it opens 9 am. It was amazing with it was opened 7 am. Thanks you !!!

There was a construction site a cross the road and making the noise from 5 am. Hard to sleep well.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They don't all speak English but at least they try to communicate via Google translate . The location is great, breakfast is good.

Like so many other hotels in China, you could not control the air conditioning in your room. Management decided when to turn it on and what temperature to set it at. It was nice outside but when you are in a high rise, the rooms get warm.

The location is good, and the staff in the hotel is nice they always help us, and the breakfast is amazing. In general, the hotel is great, the rooms and beds are super comfortable, has amenities I love their shampoo and the restaurant and terrace are lovely with a great view.

Convenient location, 5 minutes to metro and 10 minutes walk to The Bund. Front desk staffs are helpful, polite and efficient. Complimentary bottled mineral water, coffee and tea are provided at lobby. Free Fridge Mini bar in room is top up daily for guests.

Unfortunately there was a huge construction site just across the street, which caused some unconvienience during night. However, the hotel is not responsible for that.

Great location, you can easily walk to the Bund. The breakfast was very good, they offered many choices, european and asian styles. Drinking water was available at any time in the lobby.

The windows could have been sealed better to keep out air and noise from a construction site. It was ok during the night though and the air-conditioning did its job.

The location was great. Bund in walking distance and a few minutes away from the subway. The room was big and clean. Also there were various drinks, fruits and snacks in the fridge upon arrival
