We stayed on on the front side of the hotel facing the street. There was considerable street noise, people yelling, car horns honking. Not sure what the hotel can do about this, but I did not get much sleep.

We stayed there two times. The second time, we were in a room on the back side of the hotel. It was nice & quiet. My ratings would have been higher if we had stayed on the back side on both stays. In addition, we found the staff very nice & helpful.

Everything went just perfect and the staff was amazingly nice. Just one of those places you don’t anything to complain about.

They couldn’t take the payment directly from booking, we had to complete some docs.

There are some classic trade offs here. The room with the fabulous tall windows was louder. The interior room was quieter but with less natural light.

In the center of the old town. Converted colonial home with character and charm. Thoughtful staff were ready to help w everything from tours to travel sickness. Nice breakfast options even when we arrived right before closing. Housecleaning staff was Excellent.

Super small room. Bad refrigerator placement, difficult to enter into the room. TBH I'd rather not having the fridge and gaining more (so needed) free space. Small to the point we were unable to place open baggages in the floor. The lock was bad, I break the key inside it. First I though it was my fault, but during the days I realized the lock do not behave smooth with the key inside and if I was careless it will happen again.

Bed - king was two beds combined. Not terrible but not ideal Balconies connect to other rooms - good if you know people in the other rooms a little weird if you dont

Everything was good. Just some minor comments: No packed breakfast option for early check out. Pool could be opened longer.

Perfect location, can't imagine better one. Well equipped room. Good breakfast. Beautiful old house with matching decorations.

It’s extremely noisy at night, there’s sound coming from the streets all night long, cars beeping, people singing, disco music, almost impossible to sleep.

Breakfast was good, staff were really nice, very good price, near historical center.

The internet was very irregular and poor in most of the location. The beds were hard room was clean.

Cleanliness could have been better in general - front desk, dining room chairs and tables, rails; all are sticky. The kitchen staff was very noisy before 6 am preparing breakfast, talking loudly and with music on. Breakfast tables need more support on the bottom. Air conditioninig in room 405 needs to be more efficient.

Ideal location for visiting the city. Friendly staff. Room had air conditioning.

Don’t have elevator. If you are on the last floor, rooms have a very small window. Rooms on the last floor lacks of internet, which works randomly depending of the day.

The location is great, in the heart of the city. Design typical of the colony, super cute.

Only thing which I did not like, is that when checking out ''Tips for hotel staff'' 6% were included in the bill, I don't agree with such pratice, they advised us that if you don't want to tip, they can remove it from the bill, but in my opionion it should be vice versa, as they put guest in uncomfortable position. Tips should be voluntary, I don't mind tipping, but I hate when Im forced to, its enough that restaurants in the are do that, didn't expect it from a hotel, that's the only reason why Im not rating 10.

Great location, very interesting building, and good rooms, definetely good place to stay if you want to be in old town, and in proximity of Tourist port to Islands, or even Getsemani is like 25min walking distance.

It’s a bit tired and unloved. They have a pool but I wouldn’t have gone in it, needs a really good clean - which a shame. Rooms are clean but basic.

Its in a great location with the historic city walls. Decent value for money. Staff were lovely and helpful. Spoke great English which we were grateful for
