Analog TV wasn't user-friendly.

The location to the city center was excellent. Breakfast was acceptable.

The TV in the room didn't work, we did tell staff about it and were told it would be fixed but it didn't happen during our stay. The hotel is also right across from a nightclub and very noisy until late at night. The water in the shower wasn't always hot.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, surrounded by restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. The breakfast options were excellent, different kinds of eggs, fruits and pastries. The room itself was nice and spacious, really good AC. Our room also had a balcony with beautiful views of the street. The staff were very helpful and nice.

All in all the experience was good. Is a small hotel in the center of Cartagena but with the needed facilities.

Perfect location in the middle of Cartagena. Near to the clock tower, where many tours and the red bus are. The staff is very friendly. I recomment to book directly with the hotel a tour and not from the streets, I saw people not getting what they paid for.

The location meant it was noisy at night but it wasn’t an issue. It’s also a bit tired - towel holders falling off wall, bathrooms a bit dated.

It’s right next to a very noisy disco. In some rooms it’s not possible to sleep before 3:00 am. Make sure you get a quiet room. Then your stay will be pleasant.

Sadly, our first room looked over a club which had a retractable roof and they started playing music around 10pm which went on until 4am. The staff were kind and moved us to a lovely quiet room after we mentioned the noise.

The staff, particularly Anthony, Cyra and Angie were very helpful when we needed advice or reservations on a number of occasions. The hotel is very well located with many good restaurants nearby as well as the major tourist destinations. The breakfast on the roof terrace was delightful and the workers very kind. Felt like you were being taken care of in a private home.

At night it gets very crowded with drunk people everywhere as there is a party club next to the hotel. It is a very noisy area at night, and you can hear all the music from the party club, which is right next to the hotel. I could only sleep because I was extremely tired, but otherwise, it can be impossible to sleep at night.

Only thing is that breakfast starts at 7:30, so maybe a bit tight on time if you have daily excursions booked which normally start at 8. Also, being in the city centre, you could hear some music at night in the background.

The building is very pretty and well preserved. Room and bed were comfortable. AC, TV and minibar were all working good. Breakfast was good also, very relaxing in the covered terrace of the top floor. All the staff that we met during our stay were kind and helpful.
