Only two problems. The noise of the near by bar every night with music until morning.And the noise of other guests . The TV wasn't working.

I like the great attention of the staff. The good room and the excellent breakfast. So near to the beach and great value for the money.

The room is need of renovation, looks better in photos than in it actually is. The light use is a faint white bulb that makes the room look even sadder. It does need renovations.

The position was good, the air conditioning worked well. The room was very clean, no insects detected. Good for the price paid, do not expect a beautiful place, but a convenient one. The breakfast was great and the ladies in the kitchen lovely. Special mention for them who welcomed us greatly. Wifi worked well.

Rooms closer to the street can be very loud, so if you are sensitive to noise I would recommend switching rooms. Showers are cold, which may be off-putting to some. If my room was not frequently cleaned (about every 2 days), ants would be present in my room. Nonetheless, none of these were significant faults in my thirty days of stay.

Exceptional Staff and atmosphere, feels like a home away from home. Breakfast large and delicious. The location is close to many good restaurants and stores, as well as the beach. Rooms are comfortable, though some are less quiet than others (Cartagena is a party city). I felt part of a family during my stay, and was treated as such by the staff.

The surroundings are bustling and a little noisy, especially when you're trying to find the hotel (the entrance is bit hidden in a passage). But as stated our room was very quiet - no ear-plugs needed to sleep. The building itself isn't exactly new but everything was alright and the surroundings are not the hotel's fault of course.

Everything everyone said about the breakfast and the chef from England is true. Very good and welcoming! Best scrambled eggs we had in two months. Our room was very quiet, large and had two windows so there was daylight if wanted. Also we got free coffee upon arrival which we really appreciated. The whole staff was very helpful. Also we had a fridge/mini-bar in our room as a nice surprise! Wifi worked quite well.

The breakfast is 10+ girls in the kitchen make magic! AC is working ! Personal watching carefully who comes and go !! Very safe! it’s steps to the beach!

The hotel is pretty much outdated, much updating required. The A/C unit in our room barely worked and the windows were paper tin. Felt like the window were open and you could hear every bit of noise outside.

Everything! Rooms are worn dingy and dirty. The pictures are far from reality.

The location of the hotel. However, the hotel itself is located in a somewhat dodgy multi level office type building. The employees of the hotel are wonderful, but the owner is horrid!

I was not comfortable in the room the air conditioning was not working well, I had to check out at 1 and I was in a meeting at that time and they interrupted me because I had to deliver the room I only had to wait 5 minutes to be able to deliver it

The hotel it's no hotel, it's more of a hostel with some individual rooms. The facilities are really not in a good condition, paint it's falling from the walls, the bathrooms seem improvised, there's no warm water... I've travelled over Colombia and this was the most expensive hotel I had and the one with the least conditions (Cartagena is overpriced). It's enough if you only need a place to sleep but don't expect more from here.

The staff was really nice, the ladies at the reception and specially the ones at breakfast. Good location near the beach and a lot of restaurants/shops.
