Beautiful design and a tranquil space away from the bustle of the club scene (though walkable if that is what you are interested in). We stayed in a queen suite and a queen room, and the designs were as great as the lobby. Beautiful rooftop and lobby with three very good restaurants adjacent, including two that are vegan! Soooo good. Excellent, friendly staff. Can't recommend the hotel enough!

I was told the airport shuttle could be paid via card but was told that wasn't an option when I arrived. The driver had to take me to a local ATM to pull out local currency to pay him in cash, which was a little uncomfortable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a few rides to the airport and also exchange some Colombian pesos. The view was cool and the loft setup of the room with the filtered water in the room were cool. Downstairs had a little cafe for coffees and other snacks that were very good.

The only thing I didn’t like there is not food or drinks served 24 hours.

One of the best experience to got the chance to stayed at Landmark Hotel. The service was excellent, room completely clean, employees super friendly and respectful. Especially Criztian Bravo. He was a magnificent host, super helpful in everything and providing information about the area and its surroundings. Definitely go back in the future and I will recommend to my friends!

At the moment the rooms with garden view overlook a building under construction so not very nice but it’s out of their control.

Location was quieter but still near bars and restaurants. It has lovely English speaking staff, gym, pool, spa and yoga. Also good cafe on site. It was also useful to have tour company in reception area to book trips.

I ordered a taxi to pick up from airport through them and the guy was late and kept lying he is there .. it was a little stressful. So I don’t recommend booking taxi through the hotel. Plus he is more expansive than an Uber.

Very cosy, nice decor, nice atmosphere and vibe. Amenities are comfortable, has bars cafés pool gym.. the room was really comfortable and with a little nice balcony. Not close to any large street so air fresh.. we slept with door open even though there is air conditioning in the room. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and gave us a super nice address for restaurant - Mamasita. For me the hotel is in the nicest area of El Poblado.

There is nothing I can think of about my stay that I didn’t like! 10/10

Good location, in a pretty walkable area. It is on the outer edge of Poblado so no loud music or anything keeping us up at night. The hotel is beautifully designed. Very clean and secure. The staff was amazing and made my stay special for my birthday. This was hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed at with some of the best service I have had. I didn’t get a chance to try the rooftop bar but the general cafe and smash downstairs were so good.

I didn't like that they didn't offer breakfast for the price I was charged, or if you have food, there is no place to warm your food I also didn't like that the vending machine was not stocked with a variety of items.

The rooms were nice, and they always offerd to clean my room daily. Very secure and accommodating.

They did not allow us to add breakfast to our booking when we arrived. The breakfast options in the restaurants were amazing but more expensive than would have been with hotel breakfast. The bar in the hotel closes early, it would have been nice to be able to get drinks there or to the room later in the evening.

A really nice hotel with great vibes on the ground floor and a couple of lovely restaurants for breakfast. Also has a yoga studio and a swimming pool on the top floor. Located in a great area of town, all very clean. Also has self-service laundry which was helpful after over a week of travel by the time we got there.

Our door didn’t shut properly, you had to really push it to make sure it was closed. The hotel looked really recent but there are already signs of wear in bedroom and bathroom. It wouldn’t take long to attend to it and make it a 10/10 stay.

Modern and very well designed hotel. It was great to have filtered water on tap in the room, free coffee and tea at reception and a free laundry space with washing machine and dryer. Room was on the small side but looked great and was comfy! Really nice bathroom as well. Great pool area as well with nice view from the rooftop! Location is great in the quieter part of el poblado but still loads of restaurant and bar options within a 5min walk.

Landmark is a top notch hotel with amazing service, incredible aesthetic, and great amenities. We stayed in a deluxe suite which had incredible views. The rooftop is one of the best views of Medellín as well. We will stay here every time we are back. Value for the money is unbeatable. Thanks for having us!

The room size smal , gym smal Even just me and my girlfriend it was still to smal . People left when they see 2 people there . 0 breakfast have to go outside and eat . You can spend another 140 usd at a hotel where they serve breakfast .
