Bath towels were old and fraying. We received a hand towel the first day but it was removed by housekeeping after day one. We asked for a replacement and received two but those were taken by housekeeping again the next day and not replaced.

Good location, spacious rooms, good storage for clothes and toiletries, delicious breakfast.

A great place to stay tucked away off the main road within a short walking distance of several amazing restaurants. We expected to stay just one evening, but found that we liked the location and room so much we stayed 4 nights.

A chair for the desk would be nice to have.

I love the location, the staff and how quiet it is.

No elevator but reception carried my luggage to 4th floor.

Super peaceful location. Safe road entrance off Main Street. Staff fantastic, very clean. Delivered room service breakfast daily for no charge, it’s was great hot drink, cooked food, fruit and juice. Exceptional value. Beautiful view of mountain from room 402.

There was a technical issue in the toilet which no matter how many times I asked them to fix iy they never really succeded.

I loooved the warmth of the personnel, their kindness and empathy. Also liked the location in a calm but trendy area and also very practical as is close to 7th avenue which takes you anywhere easily.

The mattress was wrapped in plastic, and every time I moved it made a lot of noise.

The booking.com site of the hotel says that the rooms have soundproofing but that's not the case. The safe was not working.

Overall very nice. Three breakfast options to order to your room or to eat on the terrace. Big room (suite), with wardrobe and (small) kitchen

We had a wonderful stay at The Grace. The location is perfect, very safe area close to great restaurants, cafes, bars and the centre of Zone G. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and a delicious breakfast in the room was a very appreciated touch while working remotely. Highly recommend.

Some facilities were provided on request rather than available e.g. hairdryer. No aircon or fan and only a small window with a lot of road noise.

It’s in a quiet and safe location of Bogota. There are plenty of greats bars and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. There’s a large shopping centre, Avenida Chile nearby, this area has many stores, restaurants and money changing companies.

My bed was a little too hard and there wasn’t an elevator so I ended up carrying the bags upstairs, the staff helped tho.

Breakfast only so so. Menu in room and you can order n have delivered to your room at no extra charge if u wish which is great. Recommend Masa a few blocks away. Son had granola with greek yougurt n honey. Said best he ever had. High praise from a judgy teen lol

Great safe quiet location with so many restaurants n bars within 10 mins walking distance. The Four Seasons hotel is literally a few blocks away! All attractions a $5 uber ride away. Modern room with Super king size bed. Great spacious shower. Large counter top for storage. Staff were superb. They did a rush job on our laundry to ensure it was returned in time for our check out for airport. Booked restaurant for us. Had patience with our rubbish spanish.

We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper as we got only one of each.

The staff is amazing. So kind and helpful. My son was quite sick and they let us have a very late checkout. They were also very concerned about him. The breakfast was good but small portions but the terrace was lovely. Good location…. Close to lots of restaurants.

Shower water pressure was amazing, but I think this messes with the plumbing for everything else. You can’t flush the toilet even if your neighbour is taking a shower. Similar issues with the bathroom sink draining really slowly. The plumbing could also make noises sometimes at night, I think because it’s sensitive, but luckily I’m a heavy sleeper.

Great quiet location, but still close to everything! The hotel room was spacious. The staff is around 24/7 and daily housekeeping was available as needed. Breakfast was also a very nice touch and they will bring it to your room from a few options to choose from.
