We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PanamaThe rooms were basic for the money you pay for. The staff was shady. I made the reservation through booking and messed up by putting two people instead of four, texted them on WhatsApp to get a new quote, they sent me the quote through a VOICENOTE and right when I was checking in I knew what they were charging me way more than they should because I told them the amount of people changed and guess what? They had deleted the voice notes where they were sending me the quotes so I didn't have any proof. I was there during high season because I was going for La Feria de las Flores so I didn't have any other remedy but to stay here and just deal with the fact that they robbed me. If the hotel was crazy nice then maybe I wouldn't have been so upset about the price, but the place was barely a 3 star.

PolandThe shower door wasn't designed properly and it was massively leaking. Before I realised it the first time, it flooded the whole bathroom and a bit of the bedroom! Then, I needed to seal the bottom of the door with a towel. Secondly, on the day of my arrival, the new room cards didn't work and I needed to ask the receptionist to open my door on the 2nd floor every time I was returning to the hotel. Fortunately, the issue was fixed after one day but it had been very awkward up until that point. Rooms also look older than in the photos.
Great location (fancy and safe area, a few minutes on foot to the centre of El Poblado - Parque Lleras), good breakfast and nice garden. The staff was very helpful with various special requests.

ColombiaI have stayed in this hotel a couple of times now, what made me want to go back mostly was the service, this time the service was average, the stuff was not very helpful, they felt kind of stressed out and not very attentive to our needs, it may had to do with the fact that this was a pretty busy time, but again its sad that the fact that made me want to go back was not present this time, and staff in a hospitality industry need to be good at dealing with stressful seasons without affecting the experience in their hotel

I don’t speak very well Spanish, upon arrival I was asked to sign a paper in Spanish that I didn’t understand at all, the lady at reception couldn’t tell me what the papers was about. She called her boss who spoke English ans I finally signed it. She also told me upon arrival that I had to pay for my bookings and that there were a reduction of 130000 col, but when I checked out it wasn’t a reduction but the first night I had to pay. When I checked my bank account there is a line for greenview hotel ( where I stay) for 35,97 euros and another line for hôtel Taybo ( this hotel is in Santa Marta, I didn’t go there) for 28,98 euros. Can somebody explained me why

AustraliaThey charged me $30 pesos for my little dog and $10 for the parking. They do not let you do the check in if you don't have your passport or your on Colombia national ID with you. The check in and check out process wasn't the best. We stayed in a room for 5 and they only just gave me one key.... Also they offer breakfast from 7am if you have any early in the morning activity (do not even count with the breakfast) they do not even bother to offer you a sandwich or ar snack to take with you even if you pay for the breakfast with the reservation, I told them I needed it to leave early in the morning and they answered was " the offer breakfast from 7:00 am and basically that is it" I don't really mind many of this facts but what I don't like was the attitude or they way they are happy to only say not without offering alternatives. I understand the hotel is not expensive for the area but that does not mean that the customer experience and services has to bee poor.
The location,facilities and the room was huge.
