They need someone at the front desk, and a visible logo outside to be able to reach the location easily.

Uber being so confused about where I was when I wanted to use it to take me downtown. This is typical in Colombia with addresses. I should have asked the hosts to help me figure out how to type the address into uber.

Close to the airport, hosts were wonderful and I was able to have that host take me to the airport very early as I did not trust a taxi or uber would pick me up so early at the correct spot.

The room we stayed in was small and didn’t have a window, but this didn’t matter for us as it was a two-night stopover when we we only came there to sleep, and had a fantastic day out sightseeing in Bogota.

Manuel and his family treated us as special guests to their home. We really appreciated the hospitality and cultural exchange! The location is great and convenient.

The room, private bath and hosts were all wonderful. It was nice for an unexpected overnight stay between flights, near the airport. It is being improved and renovated so there are some building products in the front entry, which the host explained. I appreciated his English.

I couldn’t find a socket near the bed, which would have been nice since I sleep better with my CPAP. But I may not have checked the information to confirm there was one (I checked for the other hotels, but maybe forgot this time). It was only one night, so not a huge problem.

close to airport, small but had almost everything I needed. The owners were kind, helpful and flexible. My early morning departure flight was delayed for 12 hours. The owners helped me arrange later airport transportation and referred me to a really nice mall within walking distance where I could spend the extra day. I don’t even usually like malls, but this one (Nuestro Bogota) was impressive and a great suggestion!

The room didn't have any windows. You also have to agree with the host when you want to leave the house, as they have to open for you.

The owner offered to pick me up from the airport and then drove me to the apartment, which is really close to the airport. He and his wife are both really nice people, open for a little chat. The room is basic, but comfortable. The breakfast they made for me was delicious and, well, substantial.

The food in Prana is not the best option. They are nice people but it's better to eat out. The second bed can be a little hard for sensible backs.

It's a comfortable place to stay a night or two. Close to it is a mall with everything you need, great food and shopping. In our experience, we were 4 people so the room is fine for sleeping and not much more. They were very helpful, we arrived with a lot of baggage and they allowed us store it temporarily in a different room.

Everything! The room was so spacious, the bed was big and so comfortable. I especially loved the shower, and the jet options. It's conviently located near the airport but also near shops and restaurants. The owners are such a lovely couple, they helped me with absolutely everything. The breakfast was delicious as . I really recommend that place!

This place is not comfortable for Big Families, and is not the most fancy place to stay. Everything was acceptable for basic needs but not the best we would like to have in your first day of travel. No enougth space for baggage...

This is more a personal room than a hotel - so if the host is not available, I would assume this makes the stay less "easy"

Quite close from the airport - which makes easy the transfert when the layover at the airport is short. Manuel offered me option to bring me back to the Airport which was easy

Even though the room has 3 light bulbs, there are no windows. It is really dark. You could hear everything happening on your room's floor. If someone arrives, the doorbell wakes you up for sure.

The location is close to the airport. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is really nice.
