The staff were helpful, there were only 10 rooms or so and so the service was personalized. The rooms were clean and the hotel was so well designed.

The room description included a bidet, my room didn't have a bidet. The TV shelf needs to be more noticable. Not a lot of space between bed and TV shelf. I had a bruise on my arm the entire trip from the shelf. It could use a bit more lighting.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. I was on the ground floor next to reception, which is usually not my first choice, but I felt safe and it was still very quiet and peaceful. The staff was kind and helpful. I thought the area was safe and quiet. The pizza place across the street Vesuvio was delicious, and there is a 24 hour diner on the block if you arrive late. I had coffee at the cafe downstairs and it was very good. I wish I had tried breakfast, it looked tasty. I did enjoy having my own patio.

When the AC was on, it had a strange smell, and we had to carry our bags up and down two flights of stairs. Other than that the entire stay was fabulous!

This hotel was super cute! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly. There was a restaurant attached that served a great breakfast at an additional cost. The room also had an AC unit which was an incredible life saver to escape the outside heat!

This is a beautifully presented modern boutique hotel. Very well positioned in walking distance to the Poblado area and to the metro. The staff are always on hand and very helpful.

The location. I didn’t feel safe walking around the area past a block or two. I didn’t venture out much but Ubers and taxis were easy to get and very cheap. The restaurant wasn’t open at night but there is another one across the street. That’s about it.

The hotel is a true boutique hotel. Beautifully decorated. Just lovely. Plenty of room for your stuff and enough room in the bathroom to spread your toiletries out. Even had Netflix on TV, a small mini-bar and of course a safe. Only 8 rooms. The restaurant is very nice as well, down to the well appointed silverware! There’s a shop in the lobby as well and if I lived close by a lot of the things there would have come home with me. Very well appointed.

The location is perfect. Close to the center but not right in the middle of it, which is good if you are looking for a quite place. The property is new, beautiful and clean. Staff is excellent, special thanks to Adriana and Anderson for the help and availability.

The location of the hotel was great. Very close to the el Poblado neighbourhood but still far enough away that you're not in the middle of the noise. Train station 5-10 minutes walk away. We got a Train card from Ramon. We got very good advice from Ramon every day. He gave us a lot of good advices on what we can do and see in Medellin.

There is no space to put the luggage, such as a luggage rack, making it very challenging to use your luggage during your stay. In the bathroom there was quite a bit of hair under the basin, it seems housekeeping needs to be slightly more diligent.

The hotel had a great style. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds we slept on in Colombia. The breakfast was of excellent quality too and the restaurant staff extremely helpful and patient. The area was a very nice and sophisticated residential area which felt safe and friendly. The pick up arrangements from the airport were smooth.

Very noisy. Street noises penetrated the room because window did not seal at all. Also noises from people entering the hotel late or leaving early were bothersome.

Very friendly staff, and helpful with suggestions. Great coffee shop next to it. Several restaurants within walking distance, safe enough to go to after dark.Bed was comfortable. Nice building.

Breakfast is expensive. We went to 574 breakfast which has a good deal. Walk to El Poblado restaurants is 15 min. Reception speaks mainly Spanish. They try their best and are really friendly.

Good AC. water, coffee and tea available in the hotel for free. Location is close to the El Poblado metro station. Quiet neighborhood. Bed was big and comfortable.
