Because our room was near the entrance, we heard lots of noise during the night and early morning coming from the street and the staff at the entrance.

The room is hot. However, there is a fan to cope with the situation. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR if you are given a room on the 3rd floor. Only staircase, wide enough, but only staircase to go up.

The value for money is exceptional. The area/location (Laureles-Estadio) is extremely convenient since you have everything at walking distance: plenty of bars and restaurants, pharmacies, mini markets and supermarkets parks, and the transportation is really good around that area, too. Highly recommended. The hotel staff is amazing, kind, friendly. Thank you. The rooms are well equipped with what you might need.

My room door was in front of the receptionist desk, noisy at time, guest in/out, hotel employees loud. My room window had outdoor loud noise from incoming motorcycles, trucks.

Clean rooms, housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room. Good breakfast options.

The hotel is soulless and lacks communal areas where you would want to spend any time. Despite the room being huge there was only a small fixed desk in it (terrible lighting for video calls) and no other furniture. Breakfast was in the neighbouring hotel and I didn't return after the first day. I paid in advance and requested that the room have a window. In theory it did but it had vinyl covering so couldn't see out. There was mention of me changing rooms when I checked it but then there wasn't a suitable one available when I checked again but my poor Spanish may have not understood (no English is spoken).

The room was big and there was daily cleaning. The location (excluding the two loud bars opposite) is brilliant in the heart of Laureles and 15 min walk from the metro (Estadio).. It's good value for the location

Nothing to report. The hotel is good value for money - it must be assessed at its price point (not against hotels that will cost 3-4 times more!)

The hotel is in great condition: the room was very new, with a good quality bathroom (including glass shower door). The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast is served at a neighbouring hotel - it was very adequate (choice of 2 types of scrambled egg, fresh fruit, mini croissants, orange juice, coffee). The location is excellent, very close to multiple restaurants, yet in a side street that is quiet. The nearest metro station is Estadio, an easy 12-15 minute walk.

Hot water in the shower took a long time to come so I took some warm or cool showers. This wasn’t a big deal for me but might be for others.

I spent 4 nights here and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is nearby many restaurants but still mostly quiet at night, but a bit noisier on the weekends. The room is simple and clean with closet space, good wifi, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff would always greet me and seemed helpful and professional.
