To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOnly complaint is the thin walls. You could hear everything outside and inside. It is far enough away from the real noise but I swear you could hear a pin drop down the block.
The room was super clean and looked brand new. The staff was amazing especially Louisana (sorry if I misspelled your name).

ColombiaThe rooms were quite noisy (mine was right beside the reception), but I bought earplugs and it was ok. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a desk area, TV & A/C. They have a water station with tea & coffee 24/7 which is always a bonus, and a nice little front patio. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby (the avocado place next door is delicious!) and it's a beautiful area to walk around. I would definitely stay there again. Great value.

ThailandAsk for a room at the rear of the hotel when making a reservation.
This is only a small hotel that is between two restaurants. We were given a room at the front of the hotel near the street which we quickly realised was very noisy. We asked to change to another room but were told that because we had already used the bathroom we would need to pay a 50,000 peso cleaning fee. Therefore, we reluctantly stayed one night in room #1 at the front and moved to room #6 at the back of the hotel the next day, which was much quieter. The rooms are modem and clean, though are very small. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. They let us borrow a metro card so we didn't need to buy one for the 3 days we were in Medellín. It's a safe area with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. There's a washing machine and dryer at the hotel that guests can use which costs 45,000 pesos per load.

FranceVery modern and stylish hotel. It looks new and very clean. The bed was so comfortable and had an AC, and a private bathroom with a good shower. Staying at the Zamá hotel made my last few days of stay in Medellín very comfortable and I had a great time! The location is also good and staff gave us nice recommendations about the restaurant. I highly recommend it!

United KingdomThere was no window in the room. We felt it was quite expensive but seems that everywhere in El Poblado was quite expensive in comparison to the rest of our trip. Would be great if there was a kitchen area - there is a fridge but no where to prepare food.
Good location near restaurants in El Poblado. Room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. everything was very clean and new. Definitely the best shower we have had on our 4 months trip! Aircon was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. There was a fridge that we could use.

Staff is really friendly and let me check in early. The rooms are very modern and the shower is top notch. The rooms have AC which is really great. The location is fantastic. It’s about a block from all the action in Manila but without all the noise. Great restaurants next door. You enter using your thumb print which is way better than getting keys.

AustraliaOk so the place has paper thin walls you will hear everything everyone else in the hotel does and says. If someone comes home late and talks or tries to party that's the end of your night sleep. The rooms and bathrooms are also real small with no storage For luggage or windows.
The staff are amazing. They are so friendly and helpful, absolutely loved them. The furnishings are nice and the bed is big. The location is good. Really safe.
