The only negative is the road noise in the airplanes. That said it's expected when you get a place close to the airport

Comfortable stay for one night near the airport. It is a bit noisy as some of the other reviews have said, but no more than expected for a hotel next to an airport and motorway. Owners were very friendly despite our late arrival and organised car hire for us.

We did not realize how loud it would be with the air and street traffic due to the proximity to the airport.

Great hosts, breakfast, and distance to the airport. We arrived late at the airport and left super early and they graciously accommodated with great shuttle service. Peter helped us with a car rental that went very smoothly with the bonus of picking up and dropping off at the apartments. We really appreciate how well they took care of us.

There is a lot of noise from the planes passing by but to be expected in a place so close to the airport.

We stayed here because it was very close to the airport and had transportation to the airport. My daughters also liked the pool. The host, Flor, was very friendly and helpful.

The street noise was loud during the night - but this is what you get for staying so close to the airport and main street/highway. At lest you can be there in a minute or so!

Excelent place to stay after arriving or the day before, lovely and helpful owners took care of our every need, arrange a free airport transfer, helped with a car rent, some questions about getting here and there, both were so kind! Little pool to refresh, filling breakfest, room had everything some would need for even a longer stay, including a stove, coffee machine etc. Would recommend 100%!

This is really a convenient location for the airport.. but it comes with the noise. If you are not a light sleeper you will be fine.

Really great location near the airport, very clean room. The staff was friendly and accommodated our late arrival and early morning check out, and even offered us some breakfast before we hit the road. We only stayed one night, but this was perfect for our needs. If we need to overnight in San Jose again, this will be our pick.

Perfect stay for dealing with an early morning flight departure. Large, clean and comfortable room with well equipped kitchen. Situated in restful garden. Very helpful and pleasant owner-manager. Situated close to airport on major access road which could be noisy during the day but we had no such problem during our overnight stay. Offers free parking, internet, and airport transfers. Close to quite acceptable local restaurant. Could not be better.Highly recommend.

Being close to the airport, it can be a bit noisy.

Peter and his wife were excellent hosts. We were picked up at the airport at midnight and taken straight to our room. He said it was late, get some rest, and we’ll handle the checkin tomorrow. He also arranged a rental car for us and it was delivered to the hotel.

Noise from planes taking off o from the airport was quite loud and started very early in the morning.

An amazing little oasis in the midst of a busy district close to the airport. Friendly, helpful staff were very kind and stayed up late to accept us. A lovely little oasis and a nice, cooked breakfast with great service.

The lady that runs the apartments is amazing and with taxi you will be at the airport in 4 minutes. It is probably the best place to stay if you need to be close to the airport.

Starting around 6am..The loud jet sounds of airplanes flying overhead, sounded like they were taking off from the roof, lol.. But honestly, wasn't all that bad, just the first one scared me.. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

You do hear the street noise. I was okay with it but there may be some people that want to be more off the beaten path.

Close to airport and convenient to get. Great breakfast. Loved the various plants on the property. Owners and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location is very close to car rental companies.
