I felt that it could be a cleaner, shelves and top of the fridge. We had ants in the room before we moved in front desk gave us a spray but it was battle against ants during our stay. One of our beds was really uncomfy.

Had a family room good layout for the 5 of us. It was quiet hotel and area. A short walk to the beach. Had all the amenities for us to stay the week. Was not busy we had the place to ourselves. About a 1 minute walk to the beach Less than a 10 min walk town via the beach.

We loved our stay at a Hotel Isolina Beach! The location was incredible; just a two minute walk away from the most beautiful beach. The grounds were quiet, and the staff were very helpful.

The beach waš a disappointment. Noice from the road was quite high to the apartment. Some shampoo would also have been nice.

The garden and pool areas were nice. I liked the stay every day more and more.

No ice!!! Rooms felt small and tight. The price is piecemealed. Orinally booked 5 nights and the confirmation returned with no parking available. However, when we arrived there are two lots avail. We then added a night and additional fee for parking. Paid alot more that expected for a service that already existed.

Good location with parking and pools near the Potrero beach and away from all the traffic and noise yet close enough - 5 mins to Flamingo Beach.

the wifi did not work, the breakfast was not good, the shower had issues , you could hear the next door neighbors cause there was a door that connected the rooms. the tv cable is static in the local channels .

Very dated, could be lovely with a bit of investment. One guest playing very loud music on his phone by the pool, and I mean very loud, and no attempt by staff to stop him which was not particularly relaxing.

the shower was warm and good. this hotel has 2 swimming pools. We arrived before check-in time, this wasn’t a issue for them. close by the quiet beach. bed is comfortable.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional and the location was perfect for spending time at the beaches (there are several within walking distance) away from the crowds. There were also some good restaurants and markets within walking distance. Price was great and we liked being able to prepare meals in our little kitchen.

There are a lot of ants on the wall and in our bathroom. Thankfully we had bug spray but it was just way too many. They were also very strict with the towels.

Poor breakfast. Poor shower pressure and hot water. Terrible sheets hard not soft. Terrible pillows. Only one towel permitted per day and very small. Also their internet was hacked and I got phishing email requesting payment via Booking.com. only plus was pool.

Pillows hard as rock. Stove too slow (could not even cook pasta). There was a constant noise coming from the pipes. Cookware in really bad shape. $200+ per night not justified. Would not recommend to anyone.

The staff at the hotel were lovely and accommodating! My room was a small room with bathroom that was clean, comfortable, and nice and cool. I was staying right across from one of the two pools. I also enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant, which was absolutely reasonable, and delicious! The hotel is a few minutes, walk to the beach in a few minutes walk to many shops and restaurants! I would definitely stay here again.

The room was hot. TV didn't work. Breakfast was horrific and security guard sleeping outside the lobby made it hard to get into a locked gate at night. Shower flooded the bathroom as no curtain

Price.

Price/value was good. But service NO The cleaning lady was nice and did excellent job. Nicaraguan guy at the desk and night shift guard were very nice. But the maintenance guy and another desk reception guy were NOT POLITE. This place is basic, but I felt not safe. The two guys were playing some kind of a game with us watching every step we made and especially when we were exiting after 3 days of stay there. Customer service: a lot to be desired. Breakfast not great , but again you get what you paid for. We went out for breakfast after trying their breakfast.

The 2 pools were large and a comfortable temperature, with plenty of shallow areas. Our kids spent hours playing in them! Our room was on the small size, but adequate as a short-stay hotel room, and very private. Breakfast was wonderful, with the option of typical or continental breakfasts. The staff were all friendly and very helpful!

No complaints here, thank you for everything.

Everything was great. Breakfast is served at 7am, and the public beach is about 5 blocks away. The room has A/C and a kitchenette if you choose to eat in your room. There are some nearby restaurant to choose from, we ate at the Forketta. The Forketta is an Italian restaurant that serves fire oven pizza!!!!
