The rooms were a little small and dated. We ended up purchasing another room when we were there so we had a bit more room for the 4 of us.

The pool was brilliant and the outside seating and games area. The balcony meant that you could watch the monkeys every morning trooping past. Food in the restaurant at night was outstanding the two young chefs were brilliant.

Fantastic place for families. The pool was quite big and we could regularly watch monkeys jumping from the trees before sunset. Rooms were clean and big enough. The food in restaurant was delicous and with reasonable prices. Breakfast was ok too.

It needs a bit of maintenance, the A/C kept leaking in front of all the rooms doors, the pool could use a renovation. Some tiles are missing, the chairs are worn off.

The property offers a very good price for the facilities they have, the breakfast included is great and you can choose from a variety of options and extras. You can hear the monkeys howling and birds flying.

We went on a trip the day after we arrived, but because this was before the kitchen opened, they refused a packed breakfast when requested the night before.

Door lock was broken, but they fixed it for us the next day.

Lovely pool. Good restaurant and bar. Staff very good, especially Jesus and the chefs. The room was average as the hotel is a little tired; but is still good value for money and in a convenient location away from the busy area of Manuel Antonio.

We used the laundry service, which lost two of our t-shirts and ruined a white top. When we asked for a compensation, the manager was very rude and told us 'no one would steal your shirts'. We never even thought of theft, we thought the shirts where merely misplaced. He then asked if we kept and list of items we handed in (we did not). When I showed the ruined white top (full of black colored stains) - he said the only compensation we can get was not paying for the service.. The attituded bothered me more then the 3 shirts we have to replace.

Good location if you want to go to the Manuel Antonio NP, it's a 10 min drive to the parking/entrance. The pool was nice, rooms big and clean. The hosts at the bar were very accommodation, the food was great. The beaches around are nice as well, although too busy/touristy for our liking, so we only stayed for the park, which is great for wildlife spotting, since the animals are used to the sound of people and therefore less skittish. Saw some sloths, coati's, lots of iguana's and lots of birds. Not to crowded if you go early.

the chairs around the pool were damaged and in poor condition. the staff could be a bit more enthusiastic when talking to customers. the menu at the restaurant looked a bit weird with food coming from all over the world, however, we didnt eat there as we found other restaurants not far from the hotel.

The on-site restaurant was very good. The property was lovely with all the trees and plants and flowers. The pool looked very inviting although we didn't have the time to enjoy it. The staff was wonderful.

We were in one of the villas and for a family of 5. It was perfect for our 3 night stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the air con was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved sitting around the pool area, having a swim and chilling with a couple of drinks. The onsite restaurant food was excellent, we ate there twice. Also the breakfast in the morning was very good. It sets you up for the day. We were lucky to see the monkeys up close.

Dogs barking at night. When we came to pay one of the orders was not ours. This was sorted thankfully. A bit dangerous when taking the bus on the opposite side to hotel

This place could be so much better with a bit of TLC , replacing the broken sun beds and a couple more parasols and general updating in the rooms .we found some of the staff friendly but customer service could of been better and help with suitcases up two flights of stairs to room would of been nice , Wi-Fi was poor

The rooms are old, smell moldy and the mattresses are moldy. Don't go there if you are sensitive to mold.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is minimalistic but nice. The pool is big and refreshing and the surrounding jungle is pretty.
