The restaurant was closed on Sunday, and if Booking did inform me of that, it was in fine print, and I didn't see it. I was disappointed because the menu looks great and I wanted to try it. More a gripe with the advertising than the hotel. Also not really a complaint, but something to be aware of. If you want to go into the main part of town, you need to cross the busy main highway on foot or take a taxi.

It's an excellent hotel, with spacious comfortable rooms. Comfortable beds. 24 hour front desk help, very friendly. Very good breakfast. It is close to central park, as advertised. I can only speak to my room, but the bathroom was bigger and more comfortable than most. Excellent shower.

Hotel was a bit disappointing, pictures on the internet looked better. However staff was very service oriented, supportive and friendly. Also the hotel was very clean and quiet. So enough good reasons to go back at this hotel a next time.

Not a lot. Maybe a bit noisy being quite near the main road.

Large comfortable room (we had room with a king size bed). Small pool with decking is a nice place to relax. Decent breakfast included, although you do have to choose between coffee or juice rather than both which seems a bit stingy. You can walk into town easily for restaurants/shops.

The hotel is well kept although the other couple we were traveling with had to change rooms twice....once because of the room smell and once because of the mattress being lumpy. The staff are great. Breakfast was great. Basically B+ even A- just a few wrinkles to sort out. We only stayed jne night and would have probably inquired elsewhere if we needed a longer stay in town.

Initial room given on lower floor was in a dire state. There was no hot water in shower at all. Jesus at front desk was very kind to move us to a much better room, though even that did not have hot water.

Breakfast was basic (no buffet). However really appreciate the chef and the server to open it up early for us at 6:30am (we had to leave early). They regularly open at 7am.

there was only one towel in the room despite my visit being with my husband. the body soap available was in the form of liquid soap and so using it was a bit uncomfortable

My wife and I did not like the fact that there is no hot water in the rooms. And also the TV only has 2 channels. The products they sale(glasses ) are also not good and to expensive.

we stayed for 2 nights. the toilet in our bathroom was used when we checked in at 1st night. the waste bin didn’t emptied in the bed room the second day.

The landscaping could be better & the chair in the room was very uncomfortable.

This would be the best place to stay in San Isidro. It is within walking distance to everything but yet quiet in a very busy town. Breakfast was good & next time we will try dinner.

No wash cloths, and i didn't understand how to get hot water, so my showers were cold like camp! I found out too late that there was a procedure to follow.
