You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyReception staff was not that friendly and helpful, but we could always text Ron and he would help out directly. The room is rather small, which was fine for us, as we were only outside most of the time.
Porto Antigo 2 is located in a nice area directly at the beach. Ron - the owner of our apartment - was very helpful and we could always contact him. He also organized airport transfer for us. The pool are is great and has an ocean view. Water pressure, in comparison to other accommodations, was great. The kitchen was well equipped.

United KingdomSea view restricted by palm tree which also limited sunlight in the apartment, accepted as a price for the lovely gardens. Surprised that there was no microwave, neither a TV (which had been advertised). WiFi was a bit temperamental at times. Maintenance team could do better - broken metal door outside slammed in wind and 'temporary fix' failed.
Fantastic location right by Santa Maria beach and close to town, yet quiet. Apartment faced the delightful communal pool and gardens. Excellent security, entrances manned 24/7. Fabulous pool, good size and not too busy. Kitchen facilities limited in studio flat but adequate. Comfy bed, queen size. Housekeeping brilliant - cleaning and fresh towels every 2 days, sheets changed every 4 days including Sundays. Cleaner very kindly worked her schedule around us as far as possible. Staff helpful and friendly.

Beautiful setting with garden and pool and very close to the beach. Room comfortable and kitchenette well stocked (appiances). AC and WIFI top. Really enjoyed the stay.
