Only 2 complaints - the king size bed was extremely hard in our apt. Was not comfortable. The water in the shower did not get very warm. Took colder showers than we were wanting too. That’s it. Loved the Avila Beach Hotel!!!

Hotel shuttle to Mambo beach boulevard would be a nice addition to the existing shuttle that goes into Willemstad.

The food at the resort is not very good especially the dinners. I have stayed here before in 2020 and the food was better but not great. You have to go off premises to eat.

The only thing that could be better is the free WiFi. We lost contact a number of times, but it always came back on.

Avila Beach has it all beautiful location, not far from the city excellent facilities and very friendly staff. The nice thing is that despite that it's big complex it doesn't feel like you're there with a lot of people. You still have a lot of room for yourself. The two private beaches are the best example of that, there is more than enough space. The room was big and clean with excellent beds and we had a lovely ocean view.

Only a couple of negatives. There's currently some building work and a temporary reception but it doesn't affect your stay. One night, the rain was so bad that it came through the ceiling in to our room however when we informed reception, they fixed the problem quickly and all the clothes that were wet were cleaned free of charge.

Excellent location, surrounded by a huge choice of restaurants and only a 10/15 minute flat walk in to town. Very friendly staff. Gorgeous beaches. Great facilities. I would definitely recommend and hope to return in the near future.

Shower wasn't to my personal liking. Housekeeping was fair, not great.

Fantastic beaches and snorkeling on site. Friendly staff, very good food. Nice room and furnishings. Hotel is having some renovations done so they compensated free buffett breakfast which was nice. Walking distance to several good upscs l e restaurants. Rental cars on site through Budget at a reasonable cost.

Peter and Anneke take care of the minimum details, the hotel has beach towels, a termical box, coffe, seasonings, etc, they prepared a fantastic breakfast for a reasonable price if compared to the island prices, the hotel is 10 minutes away from many beautiful beaches such as Porto Marie, Cas Abao and Daai Booi. We have nothing to complain.

The restaurants cater mostly heavy food (fried).

The rooms are so clean and the ocean view is amazing. I usually dislike beaches, but these two beaches are very quiet, clean and the water is nice. I love the walking distance to more-than-excellent restaurants near the resort. The car rental had the friendliest staff (which usual isn’t the case)
