Our villa was owned by a dutch family so it was European electrical plugs which was not indicated in the description. we had to scramble to purchase adapters. Just remember to ask when renting.

This was a last minute trip and Coral Estates coordinated pick up from the airport and a rental car waiting for us at the villa! This saved us time and money. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They then coordinated our return trip back to airport. Great location in the middle of the island. Our villa was walking distance to resort. The snorkeling rental very knowledgable and gave us great tips on where to go. You need to return snorkeling equipment each day for cleaning. We made reservations in advance for the first night at the bar restaurant and had a beautiful sunset view! There is bakery and pizza place which was very good and convenient

The first property needed a “manual”. The safe did not work. A toaster would be nice at the first property. The second property bathroom sink stoppers were nonfunctional. The second property kitchen was a bit unclean. The second property exterior lights shone into the bedroom even with the drapes pulled.

You can’t use air conditioner a lot or else you have to pay their electricity charges. Who wants to deal with that on vacation? Also I was overcharged as if I had used 10.000 litres of water on showering. This was not nice.

The security guard was a bit rude upon check-in. We felt we were being scolded for not knowing where the lobby was. Also, the beds were a bit uncomfortable/hard.

We went about a day and a half without water. Luckily we were out doing excursions but when we came home we couldn’t shower. Wish they would have compensated us for at least the one day since we didn’t have the most import utility.

The property is well maintained and in a good location away from the city for a nice relaxing vacation. They even have three small restaurants on the resort about a 2 min drive away. Place was gorgeous and had everything you needed to be comfortable. Place looks just like the pictures and I was extremely impressed.

Not a single thing, it was perfect from start to finish!

Everything, the property, the pool and the beautiful view at Villa 33 Brillante was breathtaking. The host gifted us a bottle of wine because we mentioned celebrating our wedding anniversary during booking! Complimentary drinks at Karakter was also a welcoming touch. A highly recommended stay and a great value for the money!

Prior to arriving it seemed like there would be more restaurants/things to do close to the resort, it wasn’t quite clear to us that we would need a rental car. The staff possibly could have told us a little more about the island upon arrival (such as if we can drink the water, where we can get groceries, how to get to the resort, etc.). And the final minor thing: we would have liked an actual blanket on the bed rather than a top sheet, but that might be personal preference I would suggest having a blanket for each bed maybe in the closet if guests choose to use it.

The gated community and room were absolutely beautiful! Staff was very accommodating and responsive when we needed something or had questions. The resort was fairly close for a meal or a day at the beach.

I was missing hair dryer.. but if you know in advance or you don't need it, it is no issue, it is warm and nice breeze which makes your hair dry quickly natural way :). In bedroom there was a mini light part of the sealing fan which was on the whole night ( and disturbed me but not my husband ), i text to help me and switch it off and maintenance person did it without any issue, quicly, with smile = for good sleep 😴. So ,in fact, also positive 😀

View = simply the best. Size of the house, furniture. Quiet, cleaning every 3 days is really nice, response time to any question or for help more less immediately. Restaurant, bar, spa at the beach, snorkeling super , directly by entering the water. I can only recommend to anyone who loves beautiful quiet place for couple or family or friends, this is really such lovely place.

Karakter restaurant's dishes are tasty, but the prices are high and the portions small, so not good value for money. The bakery's cakes are rather dry, but the coffee is nice. The service is painfully slow at both. The beach at Coral Estate Resort, to which you have access to if you are staying at one of the rental, is minimal and mostly rocks. I would strongly advise you to rent a car so you can explore restaurants and beaches outside the resort.

We stayed in the Penthouse of the Cape Marie building. The apartment is sea facing and has a stunning balcony with dining and seating area. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with all you need to prepare meals, including a blender for making smoothies with the delicious local fruit. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and spacious. The whole apartment is beautifully decorated in a calming, "beach vibe" style. The location is quiet and you are surrounded by nature. There are walking trails all over the estate, which we enjoyed exploring. A car is necessary for the whole duration of your stay to reach the nearby beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. The resort has two restaurants which are OK but nothing special, and quite expensive for what they offer. Our car rental was arranged by Coral Estate, with the car delivered to us at arrival, so it was an easy process. Finally, a special thank you to Joy, the member of staff that looked after us during our stay. She has a great disposition and works incredibly hard to ensure the guests have an enjoyable stay. You deserve big praise, Joy!

We originally planned to stay in another hotel, but there was no place. And we chose Coral Estate , and we traveled almost the entire island, we realized that we made the right choice and this is the most beautiful place with clean water. We liked Joy and another girl ..)))

There are 2 restaurants down by the beach at the luxury resort. They were quite expensive. We opted for the pizza place next to it instead ( very affordable and delicious thin crust pizzas) or drove further to go to various restaurants on the island.

We were 5 on this trip. Very nice garden view Villa with a lot of space and quiet. Security for the area so very safe. Central location so we could access almost everything on the island within 30 minutes by car. Many beaches nearby but our favorite was Daabooi beach, 2 minutes away by car (perfect for free access, small affordable snack bar, snorkeling, turtles, easy parking, very nice and quiet beach). Kitchen is very functional. AC was good and so was Wifi. Overall great place to stay (with a car).

It might have been my error in not being totally attentive upon check-in walk around (harrowing long journey there), but we had to call at least twice to get clarification re internet hookup. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment, glasses, and china, etc, but no place to store pantry items. No instructions for ready mastery of the stovetop and dishwasher. When calling office for information, often told someone would be buy soon- soon being a vague estimate. We lived in the Caribbean for 15 years, and found delays (also at Karakter and Koraal) beyond even the Caribbean norm.

The villa is beautifully maintained and neat; the view is lovely. The pool is much smaller than it appears in photos- more a European dunking pool, but fine for our purposes.

Some of the support staff could have responded better. It felt a few times like we were not welcome but fortunately this was not a common issue. The residents and other guests as well as the ladies we dealt with checking in/out were welcoming and the experience exceptional.

All transactions occurred at the villa rather than the office.

There was only A\c in the rooms and the house was very hot (90 degrees). The fan didn’t work, the fan asked for didn’t work,there were no screens on the windows. The house needs updating so very underwhelming for the price paid.

The main living area didn't have AC and we felt like we were limited on our AC and water usage as we were advised upon check in. This made it very hot when preparing meals even with the doors open. We actually needed AC in the main living area more than we did at night in the bedrooms where the units were located. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms could have cut down on AC use, especially at night when the wind was blowing. Also, we didn't initially know how to open the blinds as they had a latch that was hard to open and we didn't want to damage anything. We had to ask at the service desk if they could assist and it didn't feel as if they appreciated being asked. We also asked them to turn on the light IN the pool so that we could swim at night without the house lights but no one ever responded to our requests. Finally, when trying to play games out on the lanai at night we didn't have much light and finally realized that several of the light bulbs had been unscrewed. We screwed them back in and were able to take full advantage of the outdoor space.

Very upgraded, nice, and clean property with lots of outdoor space. It was upgraded and the kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed to prepare our meals. The view was spectacular from the moment we saw the front door. The location was great and there was always a view. The community is very quiet, friendly, and walk-able. It was great to come "home" to after a day in town or at the beach. The members in our party commented quite often on what a great property as we were assigned to it without knowing which property we were going to get. The security staff was Excellent and were always smiling. After our initial check in, we were remembered and always greeted as if we were residents returning home, once we verified who we were of course. Always felt safe and comfortable leaving the doors open and when roaming the community.

got asked to pay 200€ due to some currency changes after arrival.. not fair If you booked for a certain price. also booked sea view.. we had a bit, when standing on the the terrace 😂
