Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Relatively other options that I've checked, this was the best value for money. We are a big family, so i was looking for two bathrooms. In Agrino we got 2 rooms for a very reasonable price. The rooms are big, well equipped, the kitchen is good. The cleaning and changing towels is twice a week, relatively to the price, it is ok. But you should ask for more toiletries for that period.

It's pretty far from the beach. The pool didn't work.
The owner was really helpful and open for any request. They clean room every two days. Room was good and big. They didn't bother us at all. It's close to all the parties but far enough not to hear noise. I suggest this place to all young people's.

In shower you have to wait 2-3 minutes for hot water. TV didn't work for us, not that it was an issue.
Everything was okay as expected, it is situated not too far from the city centre, parking is available and for free.

it was loud in the evening because of the location, so that made it hard to sleep. There didnt really come enough water out from the shower head or the toilet, so showers take longer time if you have longer or thicker hair, and the toilet didn’t flush properly.
modern kitchen, big bed, lovely balcony. we got upgraded for free from a room on ground floor level to one with a view. staff was really nice.

the location was awesome shops and places to eat all near by. the main town center just a walk away also theres a park across from the place good for families and kids our room was ground floor right next to reception no stairs to climb just walk in or out and start our day without disturbing anyone we heard no noise from the clubs at all and wifi was great

Facilities seem recently renovated and the kitchen is very spacious and equipped. The biggest problem is cleanliness . I felt that every surface I touched was either dirty or poorly cleaned. The hidden charge at the air conditioning is ridiculous. I stayed at an apartment Room and the actual bedroom had no tv or power sockets at the night stands

Had to pay extra for air con that was only avaiilable in bedroom. This is not unusual for budget accommodation though.
We were up graded to split level apartments which were lovely. Very clean rooms. Several balconys. Small but clean pool. Was a small bar to buy some drinks from reception. Walking distance to main square. Exceptional value for money.

- Location is quite some walk from the centre of happening (also a bit uphill), and a long walk from any beach. - The bathroom was a bit outdated.
- I was upgraded and the apartment had plenty of space and a balcony. Though, it was on split floors so I ended up running up and down more than I would like.

Maybe that there's no electricity utilities next to the bed.
We ran into a problem with the shower and the main lamp but they fixed it the next day immediately and installed new ones. They were very friendly. Recommended based on the magnificent location next to the pubs street.
