Immediately you enter the property, there is a very nice garden you can see in the pictures that really stand out from the neighborhood around. Very eco environment with lots of flowers and greenery. What sets this accommodation apart from the rest is the impeccable approach of the host. Eleni is one of the kindest person we have ever met in any accommodation we have booked so far. You really feel like you've come to the home of a best friend you've known for years. She was there for everything, gave us an additional EU socket, and since we were there during Orthodox Easter she served us with some traditional cake they are making only once in the year. In general, she was always there for everything. Another detail I have to point out is the internet connection. I measured 50/66 on the test. Yes, not a typo. The upload is really 60 Mb/s. So, if you have work to do, you can count on having a strong and stable internet connection for sure. The location depends on what you are looking for. It can be a bit noisy during the night, but you are very close to the city center where you can find many restaurants, fast food, and markets just a few meters away. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

City garbage trucks taking the trash every night around 2AM... I'm a light sleeper, so the banging would wake me up every time. The hubby on the other hand had no problem sleeping right through this :)

The owner is such a nice and kind lady, we had such a great time staying there, almost like with the family! The studio was very nice, clean and super comfy. The small garden in the front was a delight to sit at in the morning and enjoy the first coffee of the day. Even though the street is in the very narrow centre, just outside the pedestrian area, there was no extensive noise from the nightlife. Would definitely recommend!

The hostess Eleni was really lovely. She was thoughtful - gave us some nice homemade treats and drinks to cool down, and had umbrellas that we could borrow for the beach - and very friendly (we had some really great conversations).

Eleni, the host is amazing. we have been traveling a lot, and we really didnt have the host ever like this. Location is near to everything. We would for sure come back. This is like visiting your aunt, who has great see house ☺️

We couldn't have found a better place. The room was great, clean and there was an amazing garden to sit and admire lots of beautiful flowers. Eleni is the nicest person who hosted us so far. Staying at Estia Vasilis Manoli was a pleasure for us and surprised us very positively. We highly recommend and will definitely come back here again.

The stay at the property was amazing, the owner eleni was very helpful and a sincerely nice and caring person, she got us some really tasty cake when we checked in after a really tiering day. Other then the amazing owner. The location of the property was the best. Two minutes walk to the clubs street and ten minutes form the beach and three minutes walk to the bus stop that takes you every where even to paphos. I would definitely come back every year

Our host was amazing, which is my main impression, she was there for all the questions and suggestions, prepared delicious cookies and traditional bread for us, we felt really welcomed! On our last day she even let us stay until our evening flight since apartment was available. Apartment was sparkling clean, during our 10 days stay it was cleaned 3 times. Location is in city center, so if you like to go out in the evening it is very close. To city beaches you can arrive by 15 min walk, and bus station for other beaches you can reach in 5 minutes.

The apartments where I stayed are very comfortable - you can find everything you need for your stay. If you need something more, you can always ask the owner of the apartments and she will always help you. Location is close to the party street, but still it is quite and you can sleep well. Also the owner allowed to stay until my evening flight, which was very kind !! :) Thank you !

Estia Vasilis Manoli is a fantastic place for your holiday. It has a great location, close to the main road with cafes, supermarkets and pastry shops. Our host Eleni was a delight, she went out of her way to make our stay as nice as possible. She even gave us some homemade baked goods that were absolutely delicious. I would definitely stay at this place again, should I ever go back to Ayia Napa.

Very good location nearby the bus stop. Close to the central part of the city and harbour, but on a quiet side street. The room (upstairs) was cozy and clean. It was equipped in necessary things, like air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, hair dryer and outside clothes dryer on the balcony. Perhaps the water pressure would be better, but it didn't surprised us much. Very nice and helpful homeowner who treated us to delicious traditional baking and was was flexible with check-in hours. Thank you Eleni for a wonderful stay!

Excellent and very clean apartment, close to the center and the beach, and also in a more quiet area for a good night rest. Fascilities are great and you have everything you need. The host, Eleni, is very welcoming, makes you feel like at home! Eleni also gave us great advise for the transfers, beaches to visit and prepared a special domestic olive bread for us, which was delicious! We highly recommend this place and would come back again :)
