there was hair on the sheets, the room has no sound proof windows and the erea is super noisy, loud music and parties 24/7. if you want to turn on the AC at night, you have to sleep with the lights on, because there are lights that you can't turn off when the AC is on. the curtains are not blocking the light

I pretty much liked everything.

Frangiorgio hotel is the best value for money hotel in the downtown area of larnaca. Centrally located is only minutes away from all of the major attractions larnaca has to offer. The breakfast buffet offers the basics needed for a good descent hot breakfast The staff is courteous, friendly, and most of all, efficient at satisfying quests' needs. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for your short or long stay in larnaca.

We loved the first hotel we visited so much, nothing else would ever be as good though the lady at the desk in the early afternoon when we checked in was very good and extremely helpful.

I liked the pool but couldn't swim as it was freezing but a comfortable night though but to leave very early due to my flight to the UK

Friendly staff. Limited parking but we were lucky and got one in front of the hotel. Room was very nice and big. Breakfast was a bit limited but not too bad. Location is good depending on what you want to do.

The exterior of the building is not as shiny as in the pictures. It was a bit noisy if you left the door open. If you want a place to stay and visit the city it's a good option, but I wouldn't want to spend a lot of time in this hotel.

It was good for a one night stay. Good check-in experience. It was clean and had everything you needed for a simple stay. Very good location. Small supermarket nearby.

Nearby is a karaoke club that continues the fun after midnight. The breakfast is not the best.

There is no on-site parking available at the hotel (parking nearby is unsecured and incurs a fee of 10 euros per night). Early morning street noise can be disruptive, particularly on the first floor due to the old windows.

The hotel is decent: unassuming from the exterior, yet featuring pleasant and peaceful rooms. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious. While nothing extraordinary, it serves well for a short stay of a couple of nights.

restaurants, marina and beach. Whole hotel had a renovation in last few years and very upto date inside, outside not so much. We stayed in 308 and had a lovely time. We were on the main road which was never too noisy, we had a view of building over the road. If you like to sit on the balcony and catch the sun this is not possible due to accompanying buildings however this did not affect our stay. The pool is roof top on 6th floor and although small it has beds and umbrellas to use. You dnt feel the wind much up there, it gets very hot so perfect for catching afternoon rays. Breakfast is fab for what you pay, sausage bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, pastries, cereal and fruit. we were here for 6 nights and I missed it a few times so I didn’t feel the samey vibe most reviews complain about. The complaints they receive on here I thought it was just basic cold breakfast I wasn’t expecting cooked, pleasant surprise. Coffee very good. Check out is 12pm but they offer free extension until 2pm if you request and if they are able to accommodate, we managed to get it which was helpful. If you want it later they change half room rate. The hotel doesn’t offer any food or drinks after breakfast ends 1030am. A coffee machine in the lobby would be a good touch, there is a mini market open till 11pm for snacks also. Starbucks/McDonald’s/Pizza Hut/Burger King etc is a ten minute walk I would say along the beach front. There is a coffee shop a few doors up turn right as you come out hotel which does hot chicken salad baguette where were lovely called blue bird and if you walk up towards the graffiti hotel in the opposite direction(left) there’s a big bakery with even more choice which was very busy with locals. Wagamamas is in that direct about ten minute walk too. Cleaners always visible and clean room if you highlight by your door number to make up room.

Air Con didn't work which was a real issue as I'm British and find it hard to sleep above 20 degrees C. I arrived on a late flight and was gone the next day so they didn't have a chance to sort this out - other than that it's a tidy, clean place with a nice enough balcony and helpful staff.

Room was relatively new in decor, facilities were all working and tidy. Seems as though the place had been decorated recently throughout. Helpful staff.

No toiletries in bathroom other than soaps, booked a superior room and window/balcony faced into a wall, seemed more like a family room as had a big double sofa bed, a few hairs on floor of bathroom and in bed, mentions minibar but only a fridge in room…. Breakfast served to 10:30 which is good but pancake machine switched of 1hr earlier and had to fuss a bit to get it switched back on
