Everything was fine.

Nice and clean apartment. Good parking. Good size. Location was suitable for our needs.

The bathroom needs some maintenance for the lighting and shower hose. The bed linen also needs to be replaced.

Great communication with the host, clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Looks just like in the pictures! Parking was always empty, and we could easily find a free spot.

No cleansing service. We stayed for 9 nights, no one came to clean the apartment or change the towels and sheets and there isn’t a mop or a vacuum cleaner, so we couldn’t clean it ourselves. I asked the owner about cleaning, but they ignored my question :(

We had a small problem and host was very quick to help as out. Also apartment had good kitchen and all required equipment which was very handy. As well as great location for partying or late night walks.

Just 2 towels and 2 hand towels was very little. 1 extra towel would have been nice for 2 days and 2 nights.

The Apt was well appointed VERY clean. The coffee was very appreciated with milk and sugar. We got in very late due to air delays. Waking up to that was very, very nice. Extra bedding was VERY GOOD. The A/C worked wonderfully. Good bed.

You can hear some music at night coming from clubs. But it is not too loud and too close to the apt. Also, music doesn't come from the side of the bedroom so it wasn't a problem for us.

It was very nice to stay in Tikay. Everything is the same as it is in the provided pictures. First of all, it is very comfortable and quite big: living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped and modern. Everything is fully functional and nice. There are even two air-conditioning, one for the living room, one for the bedroom. It takes us 10 minutes to reach the square and less than 10 minutes to the bus station. On the first day we used luggage storage space that can be locked, to put our stuff while waiting for check-in.

The balcony of our room was in the shadow in the morning hours - which is great for the morning coffee, however, it was too hot for siting in afternoon hours (until 8 pm).

I cannot express how grateful we are to the host for helping us create such a wonderful trip! The house added lovely moments to our journey. We felt safe and comfortable in it, as if we had found our cozy corner. The apartment was not just cozy and clean, it was simply perfect. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay - comfortable furniture, all necessary household appliances, and much more. Every time we returned to this home after walks, we felt like we were at home.

Everything was great, this is more of a small suggestion for improvements: Would be great to put one of those some small shampoo/shower gels in the bathroom, for guests to use. Doesn't cost much and it makes the difference.

- Great spacious apartment - It has all the facilities you need - Kitchen very well equipped, living room nice and spacious, balcony great size with tables on it - Bedroom is very spacious and well equipped - AC in both living room and the bedroom - Apartment had enough windows and natural light was great during the day - Location very close to the main partying/pubs street, but at the same time quiet enough - Bikes available to use for free - Free public parking available next to the apartments - Great communication with the owner

Nothing, I will come back for sure again when I am in Cyprus.

Most of all it was quiet - you couldn't hear the clubs but close to the center (about 5 minutes). Very good communication with the owner, all requests were made. New equipment, a lot of parking spaces next to it, new air conditioning that works very well both in the living room and in the bedroom, tv with netflix :)

The location is fantastic for convenience. Just far enough out of the party area for it to be quiet but an easy walk to the restaurants/bars. We hired a quad bike out and were able to park at the property as well which was very handy as we did prefer Nissi Beach and it was about a 40 minute walk, we did not use the free bicycles but probably could have if we preferred. We only cooked breakfast as we ate out most of the time but there was plenty of utensils for basic meals. Overall a really lovely stay! Thank you
