beautiful location, the food is great a variety every single day

The water Park is not included it’s separated from the hotel you must to pay for it! The toilet in the rooms are separate with a glass painted so if you are staying with someone else they can watching you at the bath or even at the toilet bowl

The hotel is completely, the view off the rooms and very nice and big outside pool. I had breakfast and dinner and the buffet is really amazing!

i requested cot bed for our baby but the room had a normal single bed instead of the cot, i ask them to change them and when they came they knock and i said one min because we were just took our swim suits off in the bathroom. the good thing the bathroom door it was closed beacuse two women got inside the room on their own.. okay the one had fruits and the other one had the cot.. after that the room had neskafe sugar etc but no pot.. i ask for the pot so i can make my baby's milk and after 1 hour that i called them 2 times a woman came and she asked me what is the problem with the room 😂 then i told them again that i just need a pot and she brought it at the end. in the night at the restaurant we order drinks and he never came back.. after half an hour we order them again from another waiter then he came. and for the end.. after the breakfast the other day we were goining to the toilet all the time because of the food.. i don't know what happened but the food and the service wasn't good as it was before. i don't think that i will ever gonna come back.

the double bed was great, the room was clean, they updated our room infront of our personal poor only that the weather wasn't good to use it 😂

Like all hotels of its type very busy at meal times. Very canteen like as people dash around trying to get food. Salads and fresh fruit lovely some dishes not really flavoured. Sitting outside much calmer and more pleasurable.

Nice location, can walk to the harbour in Pafos although it is a fair walk. Nice view over the pool and the sea. Pool bar over the top of the pool lovely spot. Staff very helpful and supportive.

No sound proof rooms at all, you can hear the cleaning lady in the morning and the people staying above us was very noisy at night you could hear everything. The elevator by the pool does not work its a little bit scary, we could not go to our rooms when the restourant was closed because of the elevator but the staff was very helpful about it. Rooms could be cleaner but overall it was a nice stay.

Location is very good. The rooms were ok the bathroom floors were a bit dirty but bed sheets were clean. The food was delicious but there were not too many options. The staff was very helpful.

Add sparkling wine to all inclusive package The off season kids entertainment could be better. Lunch should be included on the day of check out. Not enough toilets/facilities outside.

The main thing that was not as it should, in my opinion, was the gluten-free and vegan option in the breakfast. and the staff was not so eager to help. I was disappointed by it. One morning, after giving me 3 slices of gluten-free bread to my special request, I asked the dining room manager if there was maybe something else they could offer "NO" he replied and left. So, for 3 breakfasts, I had small slices of bread with jam. I would have expected a 5-star hotel in 2024 to have more options for different diets.

I loved The view, the room size is comfortable, the design, the big buffet, and the big variety of foods. I appreciate the fact that all the allergic ingredients were marked in every dish! That was very helpful, thank you.

When I encountered issues with my transport from airport to the hotel, there was no one to help even when my booking came with that. The transport was never available and no one from the hotel was willing to help me. It turned out it was booking.com who offered this and never followed it through. I will never book with them in future because they are not reliable and unhelpful when you need them because of that they ruined my holiday otherwise the stay was fabulous

Room was spacious, food was plenty and there was a variety to select for each meal type. Staff were extra friendly and always there to help.

I did not like a noize that cleaning personnel made in the morning while cleaning neigbouring rooms

There could have been more variety concerning the food. The restaurant staff were communicating too much with our baby (specially coming to our table for the baby, talking, waving repeatedly while passing next to us during meal time)- which was unnecessary. The inside pool area looks unfinished.

The room was big and cleaned every day. The evening program was entertaining. The beach alley in front of the hotel was convenient for small morning and evening walks. The inside pool is big and with warm water.

Nothing much as it is good value for money off season. Could do with a little update in places but it is cheaper than most hotels with all inclusive deals.

This is now our 4th stay here. The staff are always amazing. Buffet food is varied and plenty of snacks during the day. Rooms are large clean and comfy. Indoor pool was a bonus as it was not warm enough for outdoor one yet.
