Host was really nice, they upgraded our room for free, nice clean apartment, with nice balcony, in apartment was everything you need for vacation, smaller pool area, but everything looked nice. Apartment is 7 minutes walk from nice beach. I recommend this place.

To us the location wasn't the best; the harbor area is about 30-35min away on foot and the old town area is around 25min away as well which isnt too far but when it's extremely hot it makes a difference. There's a lidl nearby, the beach is walkable distance and there are some bars and restaurants in the area though so not too bad but also not perfect location.

Extremely nice staff, decent rooms, small but nice pool area and parking in the shade which is always great :) Great stay in general!

It was not very clean. Also, the surroundings are not very pleasant, with some abandoned buildings nearby.

The host was very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout. The room is large and spacious, and it has a kitchenette equipped with everything you need. The location is quite close to bus stop 615 and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

A few extra utensils in the kitchen would have been handy, like a microwave, scissors, ice cube trays and some basic cleaning supplies for wiping down surfaces and doing laundry. That being said, these are very minor things and we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but I think the experience could be even better with these few things added in!

Excellent location to explore Paphos. a The owner Nikos is so friendly and welcoming, we had no issues checking in late at around 11pm. The pool area is lovely to relax at, and we enjoyed our views from our private balcony. The air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly, and we arrived to clean fluffy towels left on our bed- which looked brand new and was extremely comfortable. Unbeatable for the price we paid, and would highly recommend. The spa/beauticians round the corner is also great if you want any treatment, I had a fabulous gel manicure while my partner relaxed at the apartment!

If I can give this property 20 out of 10 I would. Everything was spotlessly clean, tidy and facilities are very well thought throughout for the best stay that you can have. I've traveled a lot and apartments are my preference for stay because of convenience, but this one exceeded my expectations. Bonus stuff that made our stay amazing: 1. The friendly host - Nikos was amazing and made everything possible for us to feel at home; 2. There was dishes soap, sponge, salt, frappe maker, utilities to clean the apartment (if you wish) during your stay, also let me mention that this is the second place in my life where the host left us washing powder for the washing machine, we were able to clean our salty towels before going home. 3. 10 min by foot away from Venus beach - a great place for relaxation and swimming 4. 10 min by foot away from Lidl 5. Bus stop to the Kato Paphos is like 5 min from the property 6. There is a small pool, which was impeccably clean everyday 7. A cosy balcony - with a place to sit down and sip your frappe 8. I really felt like home. If this place is available for you desired dates, I highly recommend you to book it! You won't regret this choice. I would have liked to have some spare bin bags and an ironing board in the apartment. However, these are minor things and didn't stop us from having a lovely stay at the King's Holiday Apartments.

The location of the apartment was great, close to the beach and all of the restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and there were all of the basic amenities. It was great to have the air conditioning during the warm weather. It was useful having the lift at the apartment block for getting in and out with the stroller. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We don't really have anything we did not enjoy.

The apartment was a very short walk to Venus beach and the centre, so I would say location-wise is a perfect choice. The studio was small, but well equipped and for the 4 days we stayed it was perfect. The hosts were extremely friendly and always available on whatsapp for any requests we had. If you are landing at Paphos airport you can request an airport transfer straight with the owners.

The apartment was spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen which was great as we were able to do some washing. The whole complex was spotless clean and very well maintained. The owner Nikos was so friendly and helpful during our stay organising getting us to and from the airport. Also the location was perfect, old town 15 min walk, kings road 10 min walk which had lots of bars and restaurants. Coastal walk from Venus beach to harbour was just beautiful.

Everything was just perfect, I had a pleasant stay. Easy check-in, the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The whole apartment was comfortably furnished, well-cleaned and equipped with everything I possibly needed in a self-catering accommodation. Quiet neighbourhood but close to everything, Tomb of the Kings, Lidl, Kings Ave Mall, restaurants, beach boardwalk, bus stop are in walking distance. If I ever get back to Paphos I'm sure I will stay there again.

The bathroom wasn’t the modern one but it didn’t really bother because it was very clean.

Apartments in this accommodation are super comfortable. They have good sized kitchen, big terrace and comfortable bed. Pool area is so cute and good place for relaxation. Staff is always so friendly and they made me feel safe as solo traveling woman. WiFi connection is great for remote work.

It's not exactly in the heart of tourist area or the city center, but you can reach both by walking in 15mins.

Great and super clean room with all needed kitchen equipments. Comfy bed, nice balcony and very peaceful location off from the main street. Lots of restaurants, beach and Pafos city center in walking distance, bus stop and bus station even nearer. Friendly owner who helped us with anything we needed! The accommodation has also bicycles for rent which was also handy. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and visit there again!
