It is a fabulous apartment in a great location. I especially liked the conservatory seating area with sea views. The host was lovely and let us stay a little longer as we had a late flight.

The couch in front of the TV must be changed by the owner. It's really a torture device - you slide from it onto the floor, you feel every metal spring in it with your body - I am really amazed how the manufacturer of this couch managed to invent such an anti-couch, it felt already unbearably painful after 10-15 minutes sitting on it and I never experienced that with any other couch in my life.

The view from the window is really spectacular. The summer balcony is very nice and in general that is a very sunny and cute apartment with no flaws except one.

There was noise from the karaoke/ music bar located on the main strip until late every night. There was also noise from the delivery trucks early in the morning each day. There was only intermittent Wi-Fi (the owner did try to get it fixed). The bathroom is tired and shower needs a deep clean. The toilet did not flush properly and the sink is loose.

We had an enjoyable stay at Pallini Court which has a good view over the sea and is close to the beach. It is a large room with small separate bathroom and small kitchen. The host was very responsive to our messages and brought us beach towels as none are provided. The conservatory was great to sit in and has a ceiling fan and the windows slide open. The a/c in the property is good.

Amazing, spacious appartment with everything you need. The owner Dimitris is very kind and is always ready to help or answer your questions. The beach is very close, there is a good bakery downstairs and a pool area was nice too.

Having to leave lol

Location is perfect with the beach, pool and all amenities, bars and restaurants etc all at your doorstep, views where amazing and so much space to really relax and unwind.

Black out curtains would’ve been better. The blinds didn’t keep the very early morning sunshine out but it wasn’t a major problem.  but I might have given the property nine out of 10 not 8 out of 10.😃

The shower needs deep cleaning, the sofa was terribly uncomfortable for sitting on yet alone for sleeping, luckily we found a fold-out bed which was better.

Best accomodation in Cyprus. We were lucky to find this beautiful apartment available during our stay in the beginning of March 2023 (off-season). Beautiful winter garden, panoramic sea view. Apartment is well equipped. Only few metres to the sea. Protaras is a lively place during the touristic season, but Cyprus offers many other places to visit. Agia Napa is very close (15 min). Self check in was very easy. No problem if you arrive at night.

Location is perfect. Host is great, clear instructions on how to collect key on arrival. Parking right outside (reserved) and the apartment was fantastic. Had everything we needed and was beautifully kept. Perfect for our trip.

First at all i would like to say THANK YOU Mr Dimitris for fantastic holiday in Protaras. For me it was 6th trip to Cyprus and this one was the best! The apartment is amazing! Everyday i was waking up and was looking on the sea. The balcony (terrace) is a fantastic extra for a breakfest time! Parking place is close to the place and it's only for you. Generally - the best place which i've visited for my 20 years of the trips. The seccond VERY important thing is, that the Owner gave us a chance to spent the last day till the evening! For free! There is nothing negative I can say at all

The apartment is amazing - it exceeded our expectations. The window looks onto the ocean! You can see the Sea from the bed ! It's a large comfortable bed and there are a lot of facilities. The pool area was quiet and beautiful. It is a very short walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. It also has a convenient and private parking space!

It was a beautiful stay. The apartment is clean and nicely furnished. It is spacious and full of light. It is very close to the beach. Dimitris is an exceptional host. He came to the bus station to collect me, he provided me with all the good addresses in town and he ordered for me artisanal halloumi.
