The accomotation was breathtaking! beautiful sea view. Very luxurious place with its own parking spot, own pool, great location.

The villa was outstanding, cleaners came every day, pool man every other day, staff were amazing, extremely helpful, facial and massages the best we've ever had. The restaurant was great, tasty food reasonably priced, staff exceptional service, breakfast perfect. Management excellent, great security guys, loved the buggy service! Great location, stunning views from the roof terrace, not too far out of Protaras

It was unfortunate that we could not book the late checkout. I asked this a few weeks in advance but they could not inform us if this was possible and I had to ask the day before leaving. When that day arrived, I asked for a late checkout but they still could not inform me because they could not reach the guests that stayed there after us. The last day after breakfast at 9am (we had to checkout at 10am) the reception still could not inform us if a late checkout was possible and they had to call the cleaning department. Because they did not have a cleaning team between 12:00 and 14:00 hours, it was not possible for a late checkout. My conclusion here was the following: - all of this info is available, even weeks in advance (cleaning team availability / guests that stayed after us) - since they knew well in advance that we would like to have a late checkout, I think it should be possible to arrange this with the new guests and cleaning team - we thought this was a bit unprofessional

We loved the villa (nr 39), it was very comfortable and spacious. The pool was also very nice. The free roomservice we received, was really appreciated. There was nothing we did not like during the stay actually. Also a big shoutout to all of the staff, they were ALL very friendly and helpful. Please make sure this is valued because for a guest, this is exactly what you need and is hard to find these days. Also, the cocktails were very good and to start the day, the breakfast was also very good. We will definately want to return to that same villa !

AC was not working in 2 rooms and issue couldn’t be fixed.

Amazing at all levels ! New, modern and clean villas, hospitable and available staff, 5 min walking to the nearest beach, 10 min driving to Protaras and 15 min driving to Ayia napa.

The private parking is very small to maneuver for big cars/SUV. Curtains should be more blackout in order to benefit from total darkness in bedrooms during morning time. Shampoo/Soap should be of better quality.

An amazing luxury compound of private villas with pools. Top-notch furniture, cleaning, mattresses, and pillows. Professional service from reception to room service- Highly recommended.

the one restaurant on the property has a very slow service .I am not sure if it’s a kitchen issue or what exactly was the issue . complimentary breakfast choices are quite limited. also check in was at 1600 and checkout time is 10 am . also no proper beach access from property . there is a public beach that is 3 min by car .

There was nothing I didn’t like

The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. I often get back pain on holiday due to hard beds but these were fantastic. There is a coffee making pod machine with 4 welcome pods so take some if you’re a coffee fan.

The pool was not heated, it said that the pools are heated but when we arrived they told us that we should have asked for it in advance although it was not indicated anywhere.
