The room was very basic and old. It could have been cleaner. We have stayed at San Remo before and were given a modern re-furbished room. This room is yet to be re-furbished, and needed updating.

Very good value for money, in a basic hotel. Close to amenities and beach. A good, varied dinner at a nearby hotel in pleasant surrounding, included in the price. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable.

The furnitures were shabby, the TV in the master bedroom wasn't working and the lights in the bathroom were deemed so we should accompany our children in every use

The room was renovated but not the bathroom which is very old , dirty and awful. The main issue was with the noise : no sound insulation between the rooms , doors slammed, and the worst thing at least in this room : during the night sometimes the installation of the bathroom was vibrating so loudly to seem an elicopter in the room , waking me up every time.

The hotel has a good position close to the centre and to the beach . The room was recently renovated and freshly painted . Fibreglass furniture 60s style (first time I see this) . Lobby recently renewed , hotel manager and staff polite and helpful.

1. Cleaning service during your stay is nearly not existing (cleaning lady just fold sheet without any care and put toilet cleaner to the toilet). We needed to exchange towels on our own from the cleaning trolley 2. Rooms for sure should be refubrished. 3. Very Basic pool. I haven't had enough courage to try. Fance gives very bad impression. 4. Very thin walls. You even hear somebody's snore from other room.

You get what you pay for. Hotel when you just wants to use it to sleep. Very good location. 15 mins walk to city center. 5 mins walk to the beach. Very Basic rooms. Nice personnel. Very basic breakfast and the same every day. We took the dinner and it was very nice and very tasty. It is in the other hotel (Best Western Larco) - dinner was the best part of stay in the San Remo. Without the dinner, my rate would be 5-6.

Amazing, friendly staff. Great localization, plenty of place at nearby streets to park your car. Close to the beach. Fine breakfast to start a day(no coffee machine). Cheap place with all you need BUT everything is very old.

The hotel is old and the facilities are very simple, if you use the bathroom downstairs it smells like mold and the hotel is just not well maintained. You should expect something very simple with old furniture and bathrooms but they are doing their best to clean everything and provide a fair service. If you are on a budget and don't expect much, you can stay there one nights or two.

The staff was nice and tries to do the best with the facilities they have.
