The place is a good deal for the price and is all you need. The kitchen was fully equipped for a short stay of a few days and the neighbourhood is very quiet, away from the city noise. Would be nice to have a set of clean bed sheets and towel, so that the guests can change it (no cleaners needed).

Nothing for me to moan about. My friend though was having to work online and he whined that it took a little long time for his laptop to charge. He shouldn't have been working on holiday so it's his fault haha.

I'd stayed the year before and when I found out I was returning to protaras, I booked as soon as I could. For me, and this time a friend, it was perfect. A simple, clean and value for money place with a lovely, helpful host. It is away from the main strip of protaras but there are some good quieter beaches nearby, nice taverns and restaurants.

The bed in the studio I stayed in wasn't the comfiest, and you can also hear people in the next rooms, walking above etc. Just something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper, but I wouldn't say it made me feel too uncomfortable.

The host was very nice and friendly. The location is great, near to konnos beach. For the price it was perfectly fine if you want something basic. The room was spacious and comfortable to be in, and I would stay again.

The walk uphill to get the bus from the apartment and no groceries or supermarket near by to eat. The places which are there are very expensive.

Amazing place to stay, I was there for a salsa congress and it was last minute I booked it and it was a great choice. Because the room was spacious and had basic amenities and it was a short walk from the beach so it was perfect. Evi is an amazing host and caring person she came over to check if everything was fine and asked me to call if I needed anything, just call back. Overall I would highly recommend this place to stay if you're coming over for a holiday. The only downside is there is nothing nearby, but you can get the bus to Aaaya Napa or to protaras, but recommended to have your own car. A

The water at the shower had almost no pressure but i managed. Not a big turn off, the place is value for money.

The location is great and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the full kitchenette is a plus. A great value for money stay.

There is no shadow ( no greenery) and mosquito net on the terrace, the studio shares one door with another studio and we could hear everything, the studios are not soundproofed.

The location is nice, the nearest bus station is just 2 min away.

The bathroom was quite small and the water pressure was very low. The air conditioning was kinda struggling to keep up with the heat. In the pictures it looked a bit better than in reality (especially the bathroom), it could use a bit of maintenance.

The apartment was small and the building was old.

It was in a convenient location if you own a car. It is very near Konnos beach and in the middle of Protaras and Ayia Napa. It was a pleasant stay for one night at a low price.

Some things could be improved: - As we stepped into the room for the first time, we noticed the fridge door was slightly open and the freezer compartment had so much ice in it, we couldn't close the fridge door without breaking out some of the ice; - The window and terrace are facing the road, so you are likely to hear unwanted noises coming from the street. That being said, I had a rather comfortable sleeping experience with my ear-plugs on; - The room did look a bit run down, at times almost begging for some renovation. However, it was bearable; - In order to get the keys I had to make a call. I only had my usual (non Cyprus) SIM card, so I had to pay some extra for international roaming call; - For some reason the Wi-Fi details were not there in the room, as one could expect. So I had to call several times before the host gave the correct ones at last; - It would be useful if there were some information about the city and its sights; - The remote control of the TV set was working quite sporadically. When trying to change the channels using the buttons on the TV set, a message would pop up on the screen, saying that it was locked and could only be controlled from the remote control. I was there for only 2 nights and my request to have the issue solved was not answered.

The room had all the amenities I was looking for: - Kitchenette with a proper stove and cooking utensils, cutlery; - A very nice terrace with a table and 2 seats; - Blackout drapes - loved them; - Functioning air-conditioner; - Parking place; - A very decent Wi-Fi; - A 7 minutes walking distance to a closest beach. Two other beaches are reachable in about 15+ minutes; - A 3 minute walk to a grocery shop; - One day a light bulb went off in the WC. I immediately notified the host. Within 15 minutes two folks arrived and fixed it. So that was super quick.

Great hosts great location very clean apartment comfortable beds the sofa bed wasn’t great thou which is expected. WiFi would not connect and if it did it was very bad signal. We love our stay and look forward to staying again. Thanks

Entire apartment was really well equipped, it was comfortable to use, clean, with many extras provided such us plug adapter, bus timetables, kitchen glove, tea towells, toaster, extra towels. Bed and shower just perfect. We also loved the balcony
