There wasn't anything I didn't like! Sadly the only issue we had was the noisy apartment neighbors in the extremely late/super early hours of the morning who were shouting, cheering and yelling to each other outside their apartments to talk to each other, but sometimes that just happens. Could of done with some more pillows, but that's just a personal preference. Other than that, still got some great sleep!

The apartment was lovely! Great space, dining table to use, a kitchen that had everything you needed (even cleaning supplies!) Spacious beds and bedding, and there were even towels for us to use. Big bathroom! The space the apartment was in had a lovely private "courtyard" to hang out in. You needed a key to get into the apartment building before you could even reach your apartment, so felt very safe and secure. I loved the place so much!

Even though it was a non smoking property, the smell of smoke from the outside was so strong in the bathroom and kitchen.

Walking distance to everything you wanna see in Prague. Spacious and clean. Basic but comfortable.

There's no elevator, but we knew that and we were fine with that. Just mentioning this for people who have mobility difficulties. In the kitchen, a Nespresso machine would really make a difference! In the bathroom, there was only liquid soap and no shampoo available.

The location is absolutely great. Close to everything! The flat was clean and comfortable, mattresses very good, in the kitchen one can find basic equipment, the bathroom had both bathtub and shower cabin and hot water anytime. The heat never stopped and the rooms are full of sunlight. We would stay again there.

Liked it a lot! Large, comfortable apartments located a stone's throw from Wenceslas Square. Pleasant communication with the staff. Atmospheric house. The rooms are light, comfortable and warm! there is everything necessary for a comfortable stay with children. We recommend!

The boiler which turns on during the night made some noise but after closing the door to the main room it was quiet enough to get a sleep.

The person who met us was very friendly. The communication before the arrival was very good as well. The apartment was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds for our family of 4 was great as well. And perfect location.

However, one aspect that was slightly off-putting was the neighborhood. While the proximity to the city center was a plus, the street itself had a noticeable presence of sauna clubs and erotic shops. This aspect, though not directly impacting our stay, did contrast with the otherwise beautiful surroundings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Prague. The accommodation was impressively clean, conveniently located close to the city center, and easy to access. Despite its central location, it was surprisingly quiet, matching the description perfectly. The overall experience was delightful, truly exceeding our expectations.

It's a perfect nest in the prime location to enjoy prauge easily by foot. A family of 4 can easily enjoy the apartment which has all the amenities and a beautiful big bathroom.

We expected to get the keys after 2 pm because the rules said so. However, when we asked to leave the luggage, they agreed to let us leave it in the office at 10 am. When we arrived, the host said that the apartment is actually ready and we could get in. We were so happy to rest after our morning arrival in Prague. We were not bothered by anyone during our stay and had two sets of keys. Also, the apartment was warm and had all the utilities in the kitchen (we didn't cook but the fridge was nice). Also, it's really close to the railway station and not far from the city center. We moved on foot most of the time.

The location is great, close to the main street. The apartments are spacious, clean and tidy. I recommend it. You can park your car in a paid parking lot about 700 m from the building. daily price 30 EUR.

Not very clear directions for early check outs. I saw there were some key lock boxes on the hallway, which I guess is where they keep the keys if you come after regular check in hours. I had to leave prior to the staff arrival at 5 am, and did not know where to place my key. I probably should had asked when I checked in but forgot. Ended up sending them a message via booking.com and they answered quite quickly saying to just leave the key inside the room. Note that a missing key fee is 300 euro so you could see why I did not want to misplace the key. but overall appreciate the fast response.

Came in at the agreed time of check in and did not have any issues grabbing the key to my room. The room was clean and spacious which would be ideal for 3 people. The bathroom was big same as the kitchen. Had a fridge, kettle etc.. perfect in my opinion.

The apartment is very well situated, 5 minutes walking from metro and tram stations, 10-15 minutes walking from the old city. It is 15 minutes walking from the Aeroexpress bus stop and main train station. There are shops and restaurants around, so no problem finding where to eat.The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, and the hosts were fast in replying to our demands.

Squeeky flooring means that if you're a light sleeper you'll wake up if someone else moves about in your room.
