As much as staff on the hotel was amazing, when i was calling few days before our stay to reserve parking, the person i talked to seemed very confused,knew hardly any czech (or english) and was quite rude. Also our room had a stain on the carpet, but it didnt stick or anything so it wasnt a big problem.

The place is in a great spot, close to pretty much everything. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room (Quadruple) was besides some minor stuff flawless.

The room was not quite. when people in other rooms started to talk you could here easily. and in the morning vacuum cleaner sounds could be heard easily. It was annoying.

Beds are okay, but pillows are really bad, hollow and uncomfortable. Even with 2 pillows it was hard to find normal position for sleeping.

The quality of the breakfast was just regular. The croissants were very bad. The coffee was weak, but one could have as much as one wanted. The hotel is far from the city centre and the public transport connection was ok, but not great.

Walls are pretty tiny, which means that, you can hear what's going on in the hallway. Wi-Fi was on a slower side.

Great affordable stay close to the Futurama Business Park and everything else Karlín offers. Walking distance to Kino Aero too. Hotel seemed very clear and pretty modern as well. Wonderful staff everywhere! Amazing breakfast - big variety of foods, including pancakes. Great!

The heating in the room varied a lot. The dial on one radiator was broken, probably from someone trying to turn it. The staff replaced the dial, but I think these radiators aren't meant to be adjusted by the guests. The dials are fixed in place. We opened the windows sometimes to let out the heat, which was OK during good weather. The breakfast range was very good, but unfortunately, they served 'scrambled eggs', which are probably cooked in boiling water and quite tasteless.

Friendly helpful staff who speak English, a 24/7 snack/drink bar which also provides pizzas you can heat up in the evening, good breakfast range.

Blackout curtains would be a welcomed addition to the existing ones.

Convenient location with plenty of breakfast options included. I was assigned a nice, quiet attic room. Overall, comfortable and a pleasant stay.
