The bed provided to me was extremely uncomfortable and squeaky, making it challenging to sleep. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was loud and kept turning on throughout the night, disrupting my sleep further. On a smaller note, they only provided one disposable shower gel and shampoo packet for two people, which felt a bit stingy.

The location was quite convenient as it was close to a tram stop, allowing for a quick 15-minute ride to the city center. The breakfast served was decent too. The room was clean.

One small thing... the tap was spraying water all over the place in room 14, it might need a fix. Otherwise, the room was good value.

Clean, small room, with good breakfast. Next to trams so very good transportation. Nearby restaurant and small shops. Bed was firm and hard, for us it was perfect.

The pillows could have been more fluffy. The hotel room was located right next to the road so there was disturbance from road traffic, I would accept more calmness for this amount of money.

Location because the hotel is located near the street and railway so it was loud at night. There was a lot of dust, so if you are allergic prepare yourself.

When the staff speaks English, you get wonderful detailed local tips, be it trdelniks or public transport. Unfortunately, 2/3 of the time they didn't, so invoicing details or paying for parking required some discussions but were resolved quickly.

Close to Congress Center, has parking. The room is clean and has fridge, table, chair and fair lighting. Good WiFi, just enough mains plugs (could be more around the table). Breakfast with cooked eggs, vegetables, yogurt, oat flakes with chocolate and other stuff, a fair variety of tea. Staffed 7/24. Respond quickly to online inquiries.

Loud noise from the outside. The hotel is situated right next to train tracks and tram tracks also. Also, the curtains are less than optimal for darkness in the morning. Heavy sleepers will be ok but if you struggle with noise and light, you will not sleep well.

Breakfast was good, I had much worse. Some may miss wholegrain bread or an apple, but the eggs were delicious. Easily reached by public transport. The fridge in the room is handy, although I stayed only 1 night. If you forgot or lost some of the essentials, you can buy a toothbrush at the reception.

1) Needs more pillows. 2) Clean and large shower room. Main overhead shower did not work (there was a smaller one fixed next to it but had to hold it) Hotel supplied shampoo and soap daily which is helpful.

Very high audibility. If guests are talking in the hallway, you can hear them in the room. I was lucky with the neighbours, but otherwise it could be a source of discomfort. There was also a strange light smell in the room, sometimes I had to open the window a little.

Neat, clean, quiet place. Unobtrusive and pleasant staff. There is everything you need, without luxury. The location turned out to be optimal for me: I could do without public transport and walk around the city.

Receptionist were not speaking English much but we handled it anyway. Google translate solved the problem. So nothing at all!

It was the cleanest hotel i have ever seen! Located well,close to the tram lines 6 and 11,if you are coming from the central train station. Room was spacious enough. Room temprature was good. I loved the room and the hotel.

The stuff that should have been hot for breakfast like eggs were usually cold. But maybe that's because I always came last minute for breakfast and it had been out for ages.

This is a pretty basic hotel but it was warm and comfortable. I was only there for sleeping and it was great. Location is actually really good, just go up the big flight of stairs by the hotel and you're in the centre of Vinohrady.

Cannot really tell if I didnt like anything. Bed could be bigger but it was comfy anyway.

The room was basic but good enough for a couple of nights. Location is good and near tram stations. The chance to park right outside is a big plus for such a complicated city as Prague.

Pillows were bad and the linen (flat sheet)was too small for the size of the bed and it was coming off the mattress every time you moved.

The only thing to improve is the staff's english. Only 1 out of 3 receptionist spoke english, the other two only understood. If we had any, littlebit complex questions, we had to figure it out ourselfs, like how does public transport work in Prague.

Very noisy! Trains, cars, ambulances with horns and motorcycles right near our windows. It's hard to sleep even with closed window. Our room was right near reception. From the early morning there was additional noise from the kitchen, WC and reception. Clean but old bed linens, just piece of cheap hotel soap in bedroom. There was even no water in the room. I paid 192 EUR for 2 nights for double room and to my opinion it's too much

No complaints, just want to suggest to have a kettle on the room. Other than that, hotel is comfy and affordable.

Staff polite and friendly, they had the room ready so we could have an early check-in. The room was clean and shoutout for the bathroom, was exceptionally clean! WiFi worked all the time, breakfast simple but good. The room came with a small fridge (we loved it too cool down our water, the weather was amazingly hot). They have luggage storage and was super handy and we didn't have to take our backpack with us in our last day. Location isn't exactly in the city center but you have trams stops nearby that will take you quickly to there.
