There was unfortunately, no room service available. The menu of the restaurant which was in the room was different (older) than the actual menu they offer which is a much smaller one. The breakfast area was also a bit small for so many people staying at the hotel and it was incredibly difficult to even find a small spoon for your coffee when the breakfast room was full. It definitely requires improvement.

The hotel was very clean as well as the room which was being cleaned every day. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind every time especially at the restaurant where we had more interaction. Keep up the good work!

How to come to Prague City Center with public transport from hotel wasn't described. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel didn't put any closing time of kitchen on the menu in the room. So if you are arriving late and haven't eaten yet you will be disappointed that you cannot eat. The location is far away from city center.

The bathroom was really nice and the View from my room was beautiful. I woke up opened the curtains and I overlooked a square. I could rent a bike for free the breakfast was good. The location is in an overall calm area.

The size and layout of the bathroom. It was tiny & extremely hard to turn the shower on which was over the bath due to the size of the room. The a/c also didn’t work & the lighting was poor.

The location to the tram & local shops The staff went over & above to make us feel welcome. We were given a complimentary room upgrade, a free bottle of sparkling wine & 2 vouchers for welcome drinks Alina & Diana on reception were most hospitable.

Good location, just in front of public transport stops. Nice restaurant downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff (Lenka, Alina and Jan). Parking near hotel possible, but is subject of availability.

The Hotel is situated in a Neighbourhood about 10 minutes by car away from the historical center. We liked that a lot because it gave us the chance to explore other sides of Prague as well and also flee the masses of people in the historical center, which is still easily accessible. The staff of the Hotel is incredibly friendly and accomodating and the Restaurant „Puglia“ which belongs to the hotel serves delicious (and authentic) Italian cuisine. We were really happy with our stay!

Superb breakfast. Big and cosy room. A red wine waiting for you at the arrival. Very friendly people in the reception. Thanks to Alina and Diana for excelent service. The location is a little outside the city center, but the tram gets you everywhere.
